I indicated on the phone when ordering the two books that I was not interested in any thing else the company had to offer only to receive mail accompanying the books that 9.95 may be deducted from the credit card number indicated on a monthly basis. My first mistake was pulling into your driveway. I got out my car onto your slippery faux-marble stairs and was confronted with the hefty $20.00 a day Valet parking ticket. They do not attempt to contact you that they are going to be charging you for another year of service, they do do this without permission or consent. This company also does roof work. On May 21, 2008 I advanced Steve Allen Powell money to replace shingles at my home. Powell signed an agreement to complete the roof job. Powell did not return to do the job as promised and used the money for his own use. I made two recent purchases from Garmin International: an updated map program (2009), and an adapter cord for my GPS. In each case, when my credit card statement came in, I discovered that Garmin had tacked on $.50 to their charge. I have been receiving numerous calls from this company about my vehicle warranty. They call at work, home, and my cell phone. When I say no thanks and to have my name removed, they hang up on me and continue to call 3 or 4 more times daily. I feel that this is now harassment. I get charged for the calls on my cell phone and the same number does not always appear on the caller id, so I don't realize it's them. I purchased A bottle of diet pills on May 30, and i used the tracking # for the item on USPS website and it said it had delivered on June 2, 2008. but the post office or mail delivery person knows of any package that was supposed to be delivered. My husband and I checked out of this hotel and paid cash after the clerk told us our debit card had not been debited yet. I purchased a Phillips Magnavox TV from Frys on Northwest Highway in Dallas about 4 years ago with a 3 year warranty. From Day 1 I had problems with the convergence and had someone set it upon install and come out again a year later. I was told I would be charged in the future because I could set this myself. BMW of Fremont is over charging on there parts compared to any other BMW Dealership in Bay Area.
