I ordered RED azaleas and dogwood trees from TY TY Nursery. They sent pink and did not acknowledge my complaint. I sent 2 letters, my cancelled check and photos of the pink flowers. No we have a red tiled swimming pool with nasty PINK flowers around it. It looks awful. After a lot of angry e-mails my order arrived minus some stickers I still have not been able to get n-e-1 to respond. I would warn all people to research before ordering and not from these scammers. This place is not what it look like. They use pics of houses that are not even on the list. And the ones that are on their list you can not even contact the home owners. The only way to talk to the home owner is to go to the address shown or to write them a letter. Telemarketer called that we could receive 3 nites hotel and air for two people to Vegas if we would go to Chicago presentation of Shell Vacation timeshares. We went but did not buy. Received certificate for above travel but acknowledgment from Mini Vacations, 410 Ware Blvd, Tampa FL 33619 required $50 per person good will deposit, which we sent to MVI. I went there to buy a truck. We agreed on price, went to finance to pay. Once there, they tried to increase the price by $1500 for Teflon paint coating, which they claimed was already applied. This was total BS -- they were just trying to get more money. Sales Manager offered to let us have the Teflon for only $499 -- we walked and will never do business with them again. My wife ordered the Cricut on-line and the final step was to finalize the order. The step before said she could order it for $350, well it popped up on the confirm page as $589. She is not click on finalize, but it said it was ordered. She called for three days straight to cancel the order, they told her for three days the order was not created. On the third day she was told they cancelled the order and the charge would not go through. I went to Carolina Hyundai In Fort Mill SC. They sold me a 2005 Hyundai XG350 that has been in the repair shop for the same thing so many times that I am still upset. I have been a client of Transworld Systems for 5-6 years with mediocre results. I submitted an account which was forwarded to the phase II CMS. In the meantime, the client returned to my office with an emergency medical situation and paid her bill. I informed Transworld Systems that she paid her bill. I received a bill from Transworld for 1/2 due per our contract.
