This might be a reason that the Postal Service constantly needs postage rates increase. Our mail Carrier "doesn't like us", we've complained when we've found our outgoing mail on the front lawn, garage floor, or scheduled pickup never picked up. On Jan. 17, 2005 my daughter went to a doctor using an outdated medical card. My daughter was 19 years of age and not living with me at the time. I received a call from I.C. Systems about the bill and explained to them she was not my responsibility per the State of Legislature Section 26-1-1 code of Alabama 1975. They charge you $9.00 every month for some rewards you probably don't even get. After I read other reports on this same Entertainment Rewards I looked at Ticketmaster and noticed under their privacy policy that certain third parties are shared your billing information. So far $18.00 dollars have been deducted from my credit card I will report fraudulent charges to my credit card company. My 5yr.old cat had pain in his back leg. I took him to this animal hospital that I have used now for about 23yrs. My cat had to spend the day at the vet for antibotic's. The vet said he had to put him to sleep so they could check his leg. Okay, I have a Palm Treo 680. I keep it great condition. I have it in a hard shell case and have a screen protector for it. I woke up one morning to check the time on the phone and my screen had a black smudge inside of it and nothing appeared on the screen besides that smudge. It is not only about this day, but the entire process I have experienced owning this vehicle. I bought it NEW in December of '04 so its been owned and driven less than 3 1/2 years. Allheart.com has refused to refund me for a stethoscope they incorrectly monogrammed. I return shipped it back, following their return procedures. Their employee signed receipt, but customer service still stated they didn't receive it back. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and now they are claiming they have refunded me. They have NOT. I received a letter with brochures stating I can get the following merchandise cheap with the 400.00 vouchers. I ordered the Xavier ladies watch for 59.95 and the Omini mini video camera for 149.95. These are crap, they don't work and I search on the internet where others had the same problem. My moms sent out a money order to dream products for 3 bras at the price of $21.91 a set it was sent out on jan 25th 2008. She never received the product so she called dream products and they told her she was not in the system. She called to trace the money order and they told her it was cashed. The money order was made out to dream products and was sent to 412 dream lane van nuys ca like it said on the order form. April 8, 2008. We had an appointment for Kris Anderson to do photos for our wedding on Oct 21, 2007. near Kona Hawaii.We paid him cash, in fiull, on the spot, per his request. We NEVER received the photos we paid for, inspite of many emails and phone calls (he never answers his phone) We filed a complaint with the Hawaii BBB, and noticed he has other complaints against him there. Returned item but was never reimbursed. Worse experience ever. We ordered a kitchen sink at a very good price and it was delivered fine. Our renovation plans changed, however, so we decided to eat the crazy restocking fee and return the sink. After the painful ordeal of getting an RMA #, we followed the return procedure exactly. We received a letter in the mail that if we attended a 90 minute seminar we would receive 2 free airline tickets to fly with Southwest Airline. We attended the meeting, declined the offer to buy in on their program but were told we were promised the airline tickets and would receive them. This company offers a sample of green tea diet capsules for the mere price of shipping and handling, and the customer assumes he or she will have the option of ordering additional supplements, after a trail period, but this company does not wait for the customer to place an order, but instead sends another bottle of capsules and charges almost $80.00. The information on the Sears site shows that the Sears mower #88921 has a 3 year warranty however the documents included with the mower shows that Sears only gives a 2 year warranty. The mower shows up on the Cub Cadet site (I think they make this mower) and the MSP is only $499 with a 3 year warranty.
