I purchased this item on line for $9.99 plus shippin and handeling with my debit card, I am very upset because I came to find out on my transaction summary I paid $69.95 I have proof of what I paid for and I will act upon this matter. The item has not been open and is available to get shipped back. I would like my money back because the 69.95 was not the price of the product at the time of purchase, then you call and the automated system transfers you every where else except to speak with a representative. Subway Sandwhiches
The incompetent manager halted production of sandwiches for customers who showed up at the store for 30 minutes while they completed Fax Orders. I think it's ridiculous to put Fax orders ahead of customers who actually take the time to walk in to your store. The manager said something about "sorry, it was a large order." It took me 45 minutes to get my sandwich and get out of there. Next time, we're going to Blimpies -- everyone in line was angry. read full review »

One night affair
I ordered a wedding dress from one night affair from their web site. I received the wrong dress. 26 hours later I returned the dress to the post office and bought a track and confirm number. This number confirms that the package was returned with in the return policy time frame of 48 hours. The post office took a long time to deliver the package but it was in rout the whole time. I have received two phone calls for a Paul. There has never been a Paul at this number. The first time I told the man that he had the wrong number. He called back 39 minutes later and asked for Paul again. I told him that I had already told him there was no Paul here. He said to me "ARe you listening to the question" I said "Are you listening to the answer" He repeated again "Are you listening to the question" I hung up. Next time he calls I will ask before I say hello "Were you born dumb or did you get that way over the years?" and hang up. read full review »

These people mishandled my dental care and are now billing me for work that they told me was covered by my insurance. Their staff was unprofessional and incompetent and now they sent me to collections for $300 that I was told was covered under my insurance. They told me it was approved but didn't actually get it approved and billed me over six months later for it and in the process of my complaint they said they would take care of it (or at least investigate it) but instead ignored my calls and sent me to collections instead. I have no problem paying my bills as long as they are MY BILLS properly accrued. read full review »

The website offers computer protection from porn, etc but I found it to be more annoying than protecting. I removed it from my computer and I emailed for them to cancel the billing.
I was told to call them so when I called a woman with a crying baby answered the phone so I hung up. The account was not cancelled so about a year later I see in my paypal account they are still billing me.

Cragar wheels
I've had 3 sets of Cragar classic mag wheels. The first set lasted many years, the past 2 sets don't even make it 3 years. My car is a 70 Chevelle SS, and I like the look of the Cragars, but the chrome flakes off, pits within a year, and then the rust shows up. The car is garaged, never driven in water, snow, salt, etc. I called the company, and they merely said I was using wax on the chrome and that is the reason they rusted. Canon
Date is inappropriate. Anyway, for years the Canon drivers for their canoscan Lide scanners are terrible. Won't scan, if they do it's slow, often crash, at best get 2 scans before requiring a restart of the computer. I had to pay an extra $40 for a third party scan software (vuescan.) Canon's website and online support was little help. I contacted many times. Few updates and they don't fix the problem. Basically they can't be bothered writing drivers for Macs. read full review »
Turbo Tax
My 2007 income taxes were prtepared by an independent tax preparer. Thepreparer and I have learned that my federal refund was directly deposited (March 15) into the H&R Bank even though the preparer used my correct banking information upon initially filing my reurn.

Insure construstion
I wish your employees would stop flirting with my husband! He goes in their daily to see some fat, pregant employee that calls herself a manager. My sister went into the Aarons in Rapid City SD to check out any cash and carry sofas they may have. They had a previously rented couch for $200, which my sister purchased. I went to Applebees for my birthday dinner in March. I ordered a drink and placed my order for my dinner as well as for my fiancee and my daughter. They brought us our drinks and our appetizers we had ordered, and within five minutes of entering the restuarant I began to get really hot and I broke out in hives and my throat began to get really tight. While shopping in the store, I overheard two employees discussing their sex lives in explicit details while "tagging" the clothes in the children's section. California Indoor Boat and RV Storage
I have been storing my boat at this facility for over 6 months. The facility has been broken into three times, jet skis and tv's have been taken. I have tried to make arrangements to pick up my boat, as was required, and it was not ready to go, and no phone was ever answered, or calls returned. I signed up for this service that was suppose to save me between 50 and 75 dollars every month on my gas and electric bill. The first month after I received my bill it was higher not lower. The rep that came to my door advised me that of what I would be saving and that it was a service free of charge. Not true my bill was higher and the company is now charging me a fee as well. I think it is a shame they are being allowed to scam poor people for their hard earned cash. Please help!!

I was offered GE CARE CREDIT for a ton of denistry i needed including Caps for many teeth. I started the work after applying for the CARE CREDIT. Was told that no interest would be on the card till after 18 months.
