Pets smart groomer dislocated our 6month old toy poodle's left shoulder and pulled ligaments. Maggie has been in body case for 7 days. Today she is now limping a week after body case removed. Vet has stated our puppy will now live with this injury for the rest of her life. She limps always and tires easy. They use local phone numbers so you think you've got a local company but its a call center in the Bronx and you are quoted one price on the phone that turns in to 3-5 times that quote. There are many, many, many articles on line about this huge nationwide scam, yet they are allowed to continue business as usual. i have a magnavox and it is the worst product that i have ever bought in my life. i spent 1500 on this tv that after 3 months it turned off then on over and over again. I am tired of being charged overdraft fees when my bank account IS NOT overdrawn. IBC has these two seperate sections they do their computing from: Pending and Posted. Depending on who you talk to and what you are complaining about, IBC will charge you an overdraft fee just about whenever they want and use that pending section to justify it. Bought two trailers - one was never inspected. company came down repaired tongues. The boys who were sent down to fix the trailer neglected to weld center beam. Both trailers had to be repaired at cost of 1650.00. When the crew came they had no money to pay for their motel and supplies costing another 650.00. There was no reimbursement for anything. This company lures you with promises of linking you to creditors that deal with lending to people with poor credit. Not only do they send you links that are impossible to apply for, but they also refuse to make any exceptions to their refund policy. I bought 4 pastries for a dinner party on Saturday around 5pm. They were 2 carrot cakes, 1 cherry cheesecake and 1 puff pastry. The total came to $11.83 which I paid via credit card. When we went to eat dessert, the pastries were all stale and not appetizing. I filled out a complaint request on the website asking for my money back and I haven't heard anything back from Pastryland. It is obvious these pastries weren't baked on Saturday - they were obviously a few days old. They shouldn't be selling old pastries for full price. I would never buy a computer without a acceptable return policy. The store had 5 computers that had been returned unopend by someone who had bought them from Target online and so they were greatley reduced in price. Unauthorized usage of my debit card after i had cancelled the order of a stupid CD. i have since gotten an overdraft on my account because i was supposed to have money in there, but they took it without my permission. I have a problem with fraud. On January 28, 2007, this company took $216.80 from my PayPal account. Although the email uses the NetStoreUSA name, they cash they checks with the DirectDiscountUS name. (They sent me an email receipt for $209.85 and called the order "pending" although they had taken my money. My order # 13734..
