I booked flights on Cheaptickets.com. After returning from the trip, I noticed a charge on my credit card for Travel Insurance. I called the company 'Access America' to dispute the charge. They explained that as of Dec 3, you have to opt out of paying for travel insurance when booking on cheaptickets.com and could not issue a refund over the phone. I emailed the company and was promptly refused. I emailed Cheaptickets and they referred me back to the the insurance company. I saw no mention of travel insurance. I never buy it. Golds Gym bills additional months of dues prior to joining and after your resignation: I paid 1st and last months dues on joining the club prior to using a treadmill. I have been billed two months after my resignation as the company stated I must give 60 days notice of resignation. I go to Dunkin Donuts for coffee pretty regularly. I ordered and went through the drive-thru. I went to pay with my card, and the cashier tells me that there's no money on it. This is a warning to anyone who has purchased a washing machine from Sears. I have recently discovered that it is Sears policy to take away the shipping bolts that are fitted to washing machines. These are fitted to prevent internal damage during transport, but should actually be left with the customer as they need to be refitted if ever the machine needs to be moved (e.g. when moving house). I have had a nightmare of lies on shipment days and failed promises. Prescription Solutions billed for a prescription that never shipped. Despite promises to resolve they have let customer completely run out of medications and have to repurchase at full price due to "refilled to early" caused by prescriptions never shipped. I guess I am really suprised to see no other complaints about this pharmacy. The store itself is not bad, but the pharmacy, they open and they are at a 1 hour wait but it only seems that way if the pharmacist Angie is working . I worked for this company during last summer while taking a college class. I never received my W-2 form. When I inquired about it they wanted to charge me $10 dollars for a REPLACEMENT W2, I tried to explain that I did not loose the original and never received it but I am now having to send them the fees to get the W-2 in order to file my taxes within the timeframe. No other place that I have worked has made me pay for my W-2 if I never received the original, I even have had it faxed to me.
