I have been with Verizon since 1999. When It started out, it was fine. Two, three years later it wasn't fine, but was usable. However, in the last six months, their service and customer service (I use the term very loosely) has deteriorated to such a point that I sometimes long for dial-up. It was explained to me that I needed a new modem. One was sent in October; it lasted three months. Tonight, while trying to re-set the modem, passwords, etc., it died. I too was searching for a pay day loan (which I decided against) and never approved anything and then I noticed on 11/14 that a withdraw of $31.98. I have left several messages and e-mails and no one has returned my call. Also another withdraw on 12/17 of $31.98. I finally got a hold of a "live" person and I demanded that they reverse those charges and he asked me to hold and I couldn't any longer. My $2000.00 television is literally falling apart. I purchased the extended warranty to cover any problems. The manager in the Reynoldsburg store told me she was not going to do anything for me. I work for a home security company that has broadband security systems. Many people buy routers so that they can use multiple computers on one high speed internet connection. This is a necessity for our broadband system, as we don't have a built in router and passthrough port in our system. Every week I go to the Super Kmart 4987 for spices, coffee, pet food, cosmetics, CD's, toys and or appliances. Reason being this store is convenient and open 24 x 7. Some one in your company thought that if you use romane or broud leaf lettuce the people would like it better than Iceburg lettuce, wrong and stupid. I ordered a big and tasty burger and it had to be one of the worst burgers of my life. The lettuce was old and wilted to a point i wouldn't feed it to my rabbits, the tomato was two inch circle. My hotel stay was AWFUL... I rented a room for one full week. I had previously stayed at Budget suites at different locations and was satisfied with the room, staff and my accommodations. It appears that I have also fallen prey to this company. I set up an automatic debit with them for this so called merchant card and when I realized that I wouldn't have the $200 I tried to call the phone number I was given only to get a message that all circuits were busy please try again later. I ordered a book from this company as a gift. It was sent in a bag without enough padding and, therefore, arrived with a damaged corner. Upon contacting them, I received this reply, 'Simply return the items for exchange or refund.' Not even an apology for their crummy packaging.
