I ordered a Canon SD850 camera, listed on their site for $243. I got an email back telling me to call them to complete the order. When I called, they told me that I had ordered a "foreign version" with menus in Japanese, a limited-use battery, and an incomplete warranty. They generously offered to provide me with a "US version" of the camera for $289. I find that communication between Countrywide Home Loan Inc. and me the customer is severely lacking. This is the biggest ripoff with no way of contacting anyone when you have a problem. All it does is point you to free websites that you could have accessed on your own. McAfee Site Advisor warned me on this, but I did not pay attention. Now I am $29.95 poorer and still did not find the genealogy information I was promised. When we got our phone bill this month it showed a fee of 19.95 for Members Edge Voice Mail Monthly this was never ordered but here it is on the phone bill. My husband called the number for the billing questions and spoke to some rep she asked him some questions and most of them matched age, address, ect. but the mothers maiden name was wrong.
