Items are advertised as quality leather. I received items that were not leather. I asked for 2 day air mail, I did not get my items for approx 30 days. When I got them and noticed they were not leather, I asked to return the items. They did not give me a return address for about a week after trying to give me a coupon. The coupon was for the original amount of the goods and I would not get a refund - so they were trying to con me into an exchange. I sent the items back - the said it would take 30 days for a refund and it has been 32 days and I don't have a refund. They are liars and thieves. read full review »

On Jan. 12, 07, I ordered their “PC-cillin Internet Security 14 Antivirus Software” from this company on-line. It was a 3 year service contract for $99.00. My credit card was charged this amount the next day. After repeated failed attempts to install this product on my computer I decide I no longer needed/wanted this software and asked for a full refund. Since that time I have been given the worst run-around that I have ever experienced. This company refuses to refund my money and has not contacted me since my last request on May 17, 2007.

The way customers are treated by Domestication's Customer Service Specialists is disgusting. They give bogus phone number and give you condescending run arounds. The extended warrantees at Staples are worthless. I purchased an Acer laptop there about a year and a half ago (buying an Acer was my first mistake). Within the year, the screen went. Dell Financial Services (DFS) repeatedly and falsely accused me of failing to return a leased printer at the end of a business lease. Not only had I returned every piece of leased equipment by the deadline, but I had paid DFS more than $150(!) to come to my home office to pick up and ship my leased laptop and peripherals (including the printer in question), hoping this would ensure proper handling of the equipment and make the end of the lease go smoothly.

I keep getting $69.42 deducted from my bank for target grants (grant mentor) as well as withdrawals for several other unauthorized items: $39.95 dr reg.net -regnetord.com; $9.95 dr grant finder. I've tried calling each for refund and got nowhere. Just kept switching me. I never rec'd anything from these co. nor did i apply or order anything. My son purchased a 110cc dirt bike from a distributor in WI with his own hard earned money on 7-4/06. He was told that this was a high quality product built and designed after Honda.
Well let me tell you this is not true. We have had nothing but problems since this bike was purchased. After only driving this dirt bike 8 times, the frame broke and luckily he was not badly injured. We have sent many hours and a great deal of money on repairing this bike.

My daughter, who is a size 6, was told ALL gowns are small, and they ordered her a 12!! They measured her with her clothes on - in the winter~ the wedding was two weeks ago! When I questioned it, they told me if I ordered a size or two smaller and it didn't fit, they would not be able to order it.

Our appointment was for 12:30 but after arriving on time we sat around and waited for FOUR hours before we were able to jump (they claimed they were "backed up" but never gave us a reason why. I just ordered several trousers from this company who, by the way advertises heavily, in the American Legion Magazine and many other popular mags. The material or trousers, jeans, was thinner than a regular cotton shirt. The material was so thin it reminded me of the throw away clothes you use for painting. The buttons did not snap. One of the pockets was riveted to the outside, so you could not use it and yes, I had to pay $13.00 to return the items. What a scam. I have had a tracfone for a few years for emergency use. Recently tracfone told me my phone was obsolete and they would send me a new phone. I could not use my phone while this new one was arriving. I got the new phone but it was defective.
