Kid claims to be in college earning 'points' for a trip by going door-to-door selling magazines. Proceeds to hard sell us into buying and said we can cancel anytime within 3 business days. We buy to get rid of him and mail out cancellation form the next day. Was supposed to receive a refund in 10 days but got nothing. Called company and found out listed phone number is fake. I bought a powerleveling package for WOW-us and Oforu.com and they got my account suspended 2 times and ended with a permanent ban. I ordered a 1-60 Powerlevel and said it would take 2 weeks. after 13 days had passes and they only leveled the character to 32 Blizzard banned my account for "Inappropriate Behavior" and "Advertising in Chat"?!?! I noticed three charges of 49.96 on my credit card along with two $20 and $25 charges from yahoo and telemessenger? The biggy was from onlinsuplier who charged me $150 over a 3 month period. I signed up for a 1.95 cd to get some software and they charged me 150.00 without a single email, call, mailing or explanation of the charges. Someone needs to file a class action suit against this company, I am going to contact my attorney general and calls a.t. I have since closed my mastercard account. I have encountered nothing but problems with Wildblue Communications (subscribed seven months ago). Today is my seventh day without email service. Needless, I have called every day regarding this problem. Response is, "we are working on it." 3 years ago we purchased a Maytag washing machine, which out of the blue it developed an overflowing problem. The washer kept filling up and would not shot down, which in turn flooded my basement causing damage to our carpet and other items. Naturally since the guaranteed had expired it meant that to repair the washer it would have set us back several hundreds of dollars so we chose to purchase a new washer. On May 29 I contacted Maytag via e-mail and just today received a reply which basically told me though luck, it was my responsibility to repair the machine no matter the cost. My fiancé Katherine has been waiting for her passport for over 10 weeks. We are supposed to leave for our honeymoon on June 18, but it doesn't look like we will be able to go because of the passport chaos. I found a charge on my account when checking it online for $14.95 that I did not authorize for this company. I tried phoning them with no success. All I got was an answering machine and no return call. I was online looking for a consolidation loan to help me get all my bills under one payment. I did not authorize anyone to withdraw any money from my account. They took $49.95 out of my account, which led toa $36.00 additional charge for insufficient funds. I have just enough money in my account to pay my monthly bills and now the bank charges me the extra $36 because I didn't have the funds necessary to pay for this. We booked a vacation through Frontier Vacations to Cabo San Lucas. Upon arrival, the hotel would not let us check in because Frontier had not provided the proper paperwork. A rep of theirs Mike Kelly called me in April and offered me insurance through their company. Sold an outright lie when I asked if my dr was on their list... I found out in May he is not on the list. I almost left my family animals with this lady and her husband due to a family emergency. They run a kennel out side behind there home. It was the most unsanitary kennel I have ever seen. Unsafe for any pet. The kenels are so tiny the larger dogs could not stand up. If I didn't know any better the man was drunk and it was only 11 AM. Purchased a Kenmore Gas Grill 4-5 years ago. The grill worked great for about 1 month. From that point forward it has been nothing but a nightmare. The regulator has been replaced almost yearly now. I've been hosting with hostlane for about 5 years. For the first 4, they were great. If I had a problem, which rarely happened, I'd call them and they would fix it. I go through the drive threw, the women taking the order was rude, it took 10 min to get my order in - I get up to the window and a different girl hands me the bag - I ask if my sauce is inside, she said yep just put it in. Repair tech said he fixed the washing machine.So he ran the washer through its cycle before he left and five minutes later the machine quit running again. I tried to reach this company by both their customer service phone number (281-356-1400) and their office number (281-356-9939) without success due to either no answers and then to a recording that the number was disconnected. That sent up a red flag, so went to my bank to have any further electronic check that they may have intended to collect, stopped.
