Verizon Wireless
September 29, 2006
Who can I complain to. I have been a customer of Verizon for 3years now. When I first moved to the Southern California area I had AT&T but left them in disgust because it seemed everytime I turned a corner I would have dropped calls. Upon leaving AT&T, I was lured in by Verizons pitch on dropped calls and great service. I joined their nationwide plan which gave me 800 minutes. Well every month I was over my aloted minutes. I always call and argue that it is impossible. They recomended I upgrade my plan. I decided to get 3 more phone... read full review »

Future Shop
September 29, 2006
I purchased a Maytag Performa Washer and Dryer team as well as a General Electric Portable Dishwasher on June 24, 2006. I also purchased the Product Service Plan (PSP) for 170.00. These items were delivered to me on June 30, 2006. The first time I used the washer was on July 8, 2006 when I discovered that the washer tub was severely unbalanced and would not balance, even with an empty load. An appliance repairman finally showed up and said he could not/would not fix it. I have talked to 2 different duty managers on three separate... read full review »

FavorWarehouse.com
September 29, 2006
On July 3, 2006, I placed an order with Favor Warehouse, Inc. via internet. Their advertisement claims to ship orders within 1-5 business days. By July 8, 2006 I still had not received conformation that the order had been shipped. I then called the company to check on the status and inform them that the items were needed for a July 13th shower. Finally, on July 13, 2006 the order was shipped. I did not receive the order until July 19, 2006. IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER. I called their customer service to inform them that I received the wrong order... read full review »

Best Buy - Kennewick, Washington
September 29, 2006
We purchaced an LG LCD television and LG "French Door" refrigerator on 7/12/06. At the time the salesman asked if we'd like BB to come out and set up the tv. We declined. Turned out we had a bit of trouble. I called next day for help. After spending about $3500 with them, they wanted to charge $100 for a service call, which I declined. I also let the person on the phone know that that type of "service" is very poor business practice for the amount of money we'd thrown in their laps. But wait!... read full review »

I am an attorney who represents a Maria Sealy who has for several months tried to clear up an Sears Home Improvement debt charge off that is apparently now carried by Citicards, in Kansas City. Vince Whibbs GMC
September 29, 2006
I had a GM recall service done on my 2001 Yukon XL and the fuel pump failed 7 days afterward, stranding my family for 3 days in a distant location. GM Customer Service says there is no relationship to the recall repair and the fuel pump failure based upon the service station's reply to their telephone inquiry. There was no indications of failure prior to the recall. The service center had to remove my tank and drain it to enter the tank. The wiring harness that was changed was connected to the fuel pump. The fuel pump apparently... read full review »

Electronic Transaction Supplies
September 29, 2006
I have been having issues with this company for years. They routinely call our office and ask whoever answers the phone to "verify the shipping address" for supplies that we have never requested. Every time I attempt to cancel the order or to return it I am told that that we "approved" the order by giving the shipping address. I have tried several times to get them to stop sending me supplies to no avail. We have a fairly high turnover of staff, so everytime someone new answers the phone, they give out the shipping address and... read full review »

I wrote numerous alerts about Heritage web solutions internet fraud schemes on Hostdiscussions.com, dozens of e-mail responses were received by me substantiating Heritages business practices including fraud, bate and switch tactics, sub-standard web design, and failure to deliver web sites paid for. Hostdiscussions alerted me that I was not allowed to post any comments made by people who e-mailed me about Heritage (I posted the entire e-mails that were sent to me) most were from people who responded to Hostdiscussions postings. Bill Heard Chevrolet
September 29, 2006
Purchased a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix for over $20,000 (which I financed the whole thing) in February 2006 from Bill Heard, there are now three things wrong with the car in this short period of time that the warranty they added on to the sale will not cover. They told me the warranty would cover everything that I had a problem with but I come to find out from a GMC dealer here in Sacramento that is not the case and I was misled. I feel that they charged me way to much for the vehicle and were very dishonest in disclosing the details of the... read full review »

I am very unhappy with the way your store policy of returns are. If that's the way your going to run things, train your employs to tell all customers that if you want to return an item, there will be a store credit issued. I purchased some draperies on Saturday, not 100% positive on the color, so I asked one of your employees if I had a problem can I return them and they said yes, They didn't say you can return them for credit. I have a Admiral...from the division of Maytag...with a burnt out motor. Machine is barley two years old...has been treated very well...not overloaded...and now the motor is burnt up. Since it is out of warranty...the cost to fix it will be the same as buying a new one. No williness from Maytag to give me even a discount on a new motor. Thanks alot Maytag...no wonder the Maytag repairman has nothing to do...its cheaper to buy another appliance than fix current one. read full review »

Gateway M520CS notebook
September 28, 2006
On December 23, 2004, I purchased a Gateway M520CS notebook (serial no. 0034694149). Instead of buying a Dell or Apple, I chose Gateway because of the affordable price and because I thought that Gateway was a reputable company. Since then, I have had numerous problems with the system. As a journalism major entering my junior year this fall, I rely on my computer for both class work and writing articles for my college's paper, the Towerlight. However, I experienced steadily declining quality and support from Gateway. It seems as if I... read full review »

Vita Power
September 27, 2006
They will not stop sending me vitamins even after you have canceled the recurring order. Who is overseeing this company? A consumer-friendly company would be honorable. VitaPower is making a name alright, a VERY BAD one. If my dispute over the automatic charge to my credit card won't work, I may have to take legal action for unauthorized use. I wonder how many people would join together to sue this company. Maybe they better take care of their customers. read full review »

A car insured by Unitrin Direct totaled my car. It took 8 days for the claims rep to return our phone calls. On the 9th day, I was allowed a rental car for a week. The claims rep gave me a low-ball figure for my ruined car. It is not enough to purchase anything comparable to my vehicle. The claims rep lied to my husband on several occasions, yelled at him, hung up on him, refused to transfer him to a supervisor, told him he could care less about our problems, and will not add days to our rental car until we can find a car to buy. Don't know if this is possibly so standard as to be boring ... But I was dealing with Sames-Crow Ford dealership in Corpus Christi, Texas. I received a phone call to my cell phone that I didn't recognize and I ignored it --- but then I googled it - and found your website. Back in December of 2005, some 7-8 months ago, someone else said this number was a repeat offender of unsolicited phone calls. Unsolicited phone call from 972-661-8208 - a Dallas exchange. I had only used this new cell phone number in emails to online extended car warranty companies, as far as I can recall...one in Maryland and the other one in Boston.
