I have had one of the worst customer service experiences ever with Lululemon. I was given a gift card as a gift that was invalid when I tried to use it. It appears it had never been activated. Using Virgin Mobile Canada services is total nightmare. Their customer service is not professional or friendly. There is no way to solve any problem with billing or payments. They clean gutters with blowers, ok unless you have tiny stones as siding that collect in your gutters. After blowing dirt and stones onto my unistone property they blew hundreds of stones into my liner pool as a clean up. The hotel is infested with mice and bugs and we were unable to sleep and had to move rooms at 4:30am. I was bitten by bed bugs with red welts on arms and legs. The manager would not call me back to resolve the situation or refund. I read an article from a local teacher who raved about this product, therefore, I decided to order a trial offer for which I only had to pay the shipping charges. As of today, I have had two more charges on my credit card. One was in the amount of $19.++ and the other (I only found out about it) in the amount of $95.++. I was hoaxed into thinking that my name would be eliminated for hotmail.com listing within 48 hours and it looked like it was from hotmail staff. This morning, I was not able to get into my account. My hotmail address was deleted and I was unable to get into it.
