My feedback is on the more than poor quality customer service I received from my experience with shopping with Sears. Extremely poor and abusive customer service. I was visiting Montreal from Toronto and doing some shopping. Bubbles appears to be a very nice boutique with unique clothing items. It is somewhat high end and pricey. I purchased a nice shirt for $120.00. The clerk wrapped the shirt in green tissue paper and put it in a paper bag. I took in my car for oil change and safety and emission test. Few days later, i had to return because the exhaust was not properly fixed. Again i had to return because the car was leaking oil. And the representative was telling me i will pay if the oil is not from the oilchange. The point is, my car was not leaking oil before i brought it in. We took our Dog to Pro Tec Dog and Cat grooming for his first grooming. We were called to pick our Dog up after grooming was complete. In the fine print on their contract they do say that this will not work for everyone. When it does not work it can leave you in worse shape than when you started treatment, and I am one of those people. Not one phone call has been returned and the only thing that they have done is re-send the contract by mail. Dr. MacKenzie and his staff just simply ignore your complaints, and yet they consider themselves health professionals. If anyone is considering a class action suit I would gladly join in.
