This attorney is a complete moron. He solicited my business which is located in the US to collect debt on our behalf, We gave him a file to collect on in Canada which is where he is located. The deal was contingent on his success of collecting the funds owed, I believe it was 25% maybe more, anyway he goes to court and gets a default judgment, the other party never showed up. I moved to Mississauga on August 1st and decided to move into this sad building with boars as managers because I was shown a clean, nice apartment in the beginning but then given a different one. The apartment was very unclean, painting job was horrible to say the least with paint all over the floor and walls weren't done well, no doors in the bedrooms, kitchen cabinets were not done, floors were so dirty and needed replacement (hardwood floor). Telus is the worst, most poorly equipped phone company. Not only they don't have the latest and greatest but their stupid phones all have changed menus to their incredibly ugly telus menu icons, they just could not be worse. I purchased a GPS on 9 October 09. I was told by the person at the Service Department that I could return it as long as I have the receipt. The GPS does not work properly. I purchased two rings from Heritagee Auctioneers, when I got independant appraisals done the values were 270% and 760% below the values on their appraisals. Heritage threatened to sue me and the Gemologists that I used because our appraisals were false. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they have not responded. These butchers are in experienced at everything to do with servicing a vehicle. The tech who is probably still in high school working for minimum wage tried to replace my perfectly good drain plug with a new one that was not the right size for my car. Sherakan Bengals Kathy Laroche sent us a kitten for breeding purposes, with one testicle, sick with parasites and severe diarrhea. The kitten nearly did not make it through customs inspection. She has not provided registration papers for this kitten either. She has a history of unethical behavior with other breeders, we found out a little too late. A kitten with one testicle must be neutered, and cannot be bred. We paid $2500 for this kitten, and cannot recoup our losses. We do not recommend Sherakan Bengals or Kathy Laroche at all to anyone! Hello, I would like to put in a complaint regarding Dr. Nijawin at St. Mike's hospital. I had surgery on both my eyes, when I went back to see him I explained that my right eye was much tighter than the left, I also told him about other concerns regarding both my eye's, he dismissed it all as my imagination.
