Yardworks Hose
I purchased a Yardworks 100' mesh reinforced self-straightening PVC Hose from Canadian Tire. I spent extra money on this product because it is not supposed to kink. This is positively the worst hose that I have ever purchased. It continally kinks - even the cheaper hoses that I have do not do this. Unfortunately I did not keep my receipt or I would have returned the product in a heart-beat.
In reviewing some of the comments on the Canadian Tire website, I found there were several consumers who would not buy this product - if I had only seen these comments prior to purchasing I would never have purchased a Yardworks product. read full review »

Sears elite H3 Washer
Our washer has leaked three times in the past two years causing extensive water damage to our finisher basement. We were told that the filter had to be cleaned regularly but fter doing that we still have problems. The solution is that our warrantee is over and we are out of luck! They both rang up at the cash $14.00 - which I hadn't notice until I reached home.

me and my wife purchase from west jet vacation southwestern Ontario self drive vacation for 6 days, it stop in Toronto for 2 days Nargara fall for 2 days Kitchener for 1 day and back to Toronto for 1 day. all included hotel air and rental car.

I have a problem and an expert tells me I need a software update.
I contacted Samsung and they have no software updates for this model.
It is only 18 months old and I was told that they cannot help me and I will have to find someone near me who deals with Samsung. they could not even provide me with a Samsung agent.
To me, this is a very sad state of affairs when the company you bought from cannot help when the product goes wrong. In other words, I can do nothing and the set will have to be replaced at a cost of about $2000.00 CAN.

Been put on hold 30 min average each time. I had an extreemly bad experince in dealing with the company. They were offering a moving truck rental for $85 / day and went for it thinking it was a good deal. I was orginally quoted at $70 for the carpet cleaning service - this quote included a large living room, 3 bedrooms and a hallway/staircase. When the guy came he demanded that I pay $120 and that I had to pay cash. I had to drive to the bank to get the money. He also didn't provide a reciept. I'm writting to you to advise you that JSK Computer services is a big scam they are frauding a lot of people and I'm not why the are not arrested till now.
It is terrible what they are doing to buyers.
I bought from them 50 LCD Monitors and all of them are broken it is grabage. i payed 2500$ US for these non working LCD. When you call them they will assure you that all of them are tested working but when you get them and you call them back to complain they will just tell you of and hang up on you.

To top that I found my self automatically subscriped to a few other services that I had no idea about. After I cancelled my subscription, they sent me another shipment.
