I ordered a 82 1/4 inch custom-order door from Home Depot. Supplier -Emco. The door that was delivered measured 81 inches yielding a 1 inch gap at the bottom of the door, rendering the door virtually useless. i ve received an email saying i won 1, 500.000 pounds from the national lottery tower. they sent a second one to claim my winnings from a courier co. ecp courier. how do these folks stay active with this scam? doesn t the english police and court system have the power to stop these fraud artist. if it s legal to scam people from england, maybe everyone should move there as the police obviously have no authority in these matters.i use to be impressed with scotland yard, but am now thinking they re nothing but a joke as they cant even shut down scammers. I signed up for the free sample of Wu-Yi Pixie Pack Tea in hopes that it would do all that it promised. Unknowingly, I actually signed up to be a member and since then have had not only the $6.95 S&H but two additional charges of $69.95 to my credit card. After calling them to complain they told me I was supposed to call after two weeks to cancel my subscription. Well it took 4 weeks for my free tea to arrive, so why would I cancel if I didn't get it yet? I really hope I do not get any more charges to my credit card. My husband just got one of those checks and notices about being a sweepstakes winner from liberty reward & trust inc. My husband called the number and the gentleman said that the check was real and he asked my husband did he shop at Home Depot. I was recently a victim of a secret shopper scam and I am in need of your help I was sent a letter and a cashiers check and I checked out the company and the bank that the check was written on and it all looked legit. so I placed the check into my bank account at chase and waited for it to clear a couple days later well when I got back from nascar this weekend I found out from my bank that the cashiers check was fraudulent and that they pulled the money back out of my checking and savings and the bank refuses to help me. This OSP Communications placed a call on my phone that was on away in florida. No one was in the home at the time and it appeared on my Embarq phone bill. Embarq will not reverse the charges only put a dispute on the bill for 30 days. I don't understand why they cannot reverse the charges back to OSP????? I get the sense that the phone companies strategically design their voicemail prompts in such a way that they get more airtime or long distance charges. Supposedly I was one of 20 winners splitting a $5 million dollar lottery pot from Shoppers Sweepstakes that washeld on Sept. 5, 2008. Nine years ago, I used Sears to redo my roof. They dropped a large pack of shingles on a small patio on the second floor and cracked the granite. Sears replaced the granite but washed the new granite with acid which leaked into our copper gutters. Our gutters are ruined ONLY around the patio and a professional roofer assessed that the damage has come from the acid which Sears used to wash the installed granite. My elderly mother and father recently purchased a Basic Black Dishwasher from KMART under the Kenmore Brand. It was not cleaning their dishes even when they rinsed the dishes before placing them in the dishwasher. this company is a fraud. They tell you to send them money for a loan that you qualify for if you have bad credit and if you have no cosigner then you have to pay a secuity deposit for the loan. Once you pay the deposit then they are going to tell you the loan as default and that it takes 2 to 4 weeks to get your refund back and you can't call the refund department because they don't take incomming calls so really you won't get a refund back for them read full review »

My friend, Victor Robinson, was to have his prescription for pain medication (Oxycontin) delivered to his door. He has ankylosing spondylitis, and can't get out much. The delivery person delivered it to the wrong address, and no one is accepting responsibilty for this mistake. They didn't give him his meds, they actually gave them to someone else!
