The course is a 7 weeks for a Medical Receptionist. The instructor's capability and knowledge is out of date to what is happening in the medical field.A very argumentative and condescending instructor is what we got in our class. Just a note, she will try to make you do your practicum to one of her Doctor friend and will try to get you a job there for less money. I think she gets a cut on that. In 2007 I purchased a car battery, I discovered that the battery does not hold a charge, I went back to Canadian tire Kanata Location, to inform them with my issue with the warranty and receipt papers, they tested the battery for 2 hours, and the test results that this battery is defective. On 5/31/08 I purchased a game from SpinTop Games called Mystery P.I.-The Vegas Heist for their price of $19.99. They sent me an email receipt with this amount stipulated as the total I was to be charged. I was charged $20.59, an overcharge of 60 cents. They charged me for 3 packages, and when they came, we installed the hair, and it all tangled, got matted and started to shed within hours. They wont reply to my emails. I was given a quote on building material (a lift of framing boards) and promised a delivery date, then the price was changed by .58 a board and the promised delivery would be delayed by two weeks which would cause all other trades to be delayed as well resulting in a great deal of expense. I have had a few less costly and one very costly experiences with the brick I bought two very expensive recliners, about 1, 000.00each after 3 months the mechanisms where shot.
