Hi, I have booked ticket from my account and the ticket got confirmed and money also got deducted. But my concern is that i am unable to find the same ticket in booked history so i am unable to take print of that. Unfortunately i am unable to cancel this ticket. When i approached IRCTC customer care i got reply that this ticket got booked by somebody else. I got shocked by hearing this. Money got debited from my account and this ticket is somebody's account. I am writing this to warn Airtel subscribers in Kerala. The company is indulging in a new illegal practice to fleece its customers. Many subscribers in the past few days have been shocked to find that Airtel is deducting Rs 11 for interntional calls that are not answered. In other words, if you make a call and there is no reply from the other side, you still are forced to pay Rs11! This is a highly unscrupulous practice on the part of the company. I don't know if this happens in the other states. But it is rampant in Kerala.
