Hi, I am a customer of Indane Gas Service, Shanti Indane, Palam, New Delhi - consumer no. 16061. I had requested for delivery of Gas Cyllinder on 28th Jan, 2010 against booking no. 14046 by calling on 1260. Yesterday I missed my train so I asked help your staff how to cancel my e-ticket but I got only rude words from them, then I called your 24X7 customer care fortunately I got answer after 6 times calling.
