We had purchased Fujitsu Laptops in June '08 & Sept '08. Both the laptops had the same problem. Monitor (screen) start flickering as soon as it is put on. So these laptops were send to Redington India Ltd.- Fujitsu Service Centre in Andheri for repair on 5th Nov'09 and 14th Nov'09 respectively. Till now the laptops has been repaired. Many contacts with the executive Ms. Mamta fell on deaf ears. No response till now . They only kept on telling that the part has to come from Chennai. Please can the company help out ?? My mobile phone number is 92414-40731 From Nov 25 th to today the Dec 19, an amount of Rs 90 and odd was deducted from my prepaid amount without my making any outgoing calls. This happened 3 times and the night beforre i check that the balance is over Rs 90 and the next morning I receive a message that the amount available is only Rs 12 this time and previously some Rs 23.50 or so. I booked a parcel for USA from Mumbai post office located at Powai IIT by EMS. My tracking number is EMO88992820IN and date of booking is 12/12/09. Every time I try to track the status, a message comes: details not available. When I booked the parcel, I was told that it takes 5 working days to deliver. Paper formalities have been completed by West Zone of MCD and orders passed during March 2009 to demolish the unauthorised construction at GH-13/301, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi - 110087.
