My eureka forbes Auqguard ST2000 is under AMC . Aquaguard stopped working and I complained on 6th Nov'09. I have called customer care to cancel the card on date when bill would be generated. But there is no option to cancel the card or take the request in phone. After 4days i went to Airtle customer care office to surrender the card, the card is cancelled, but the cancellation letter is not issued immediately and they would send bill for rental amount for 4 days.
