I bought a RO system from Eureka Forbes 2 years back. Almost monthly it is getting into problems. They give a new reason every time. They forced me to accept an AMC, but never bother to turn up for service. Whenever a problem arises, they quote exclusion clauses everytime and charge. Hi All, I put a redemption request to icicidirect.com online for 6 of my mutual funds on 23rd of SEP-2009 The pay out date was 1st oct-2009 I have still not received the money for 3 of my mutualfunds which was supposed to be credited online. Dear Sir, I am airtel user. On 10th of October, 2009 Rs. 10 were deducted from my mobile phone in the name of ringtone pack without any order. Till date I complained for the same for several times (they accepted that the same have been deduced). Some time they say that it will take 72 hours, some time they say it will take 48 hours. They have a stupid phone banking system, which couldn't identify my account that i keyed in as per the IVR instructions. They advertise "24 hour customer service" but the there was no option provided by IVR to speak to a representative. And they have a feedback system, which will show "This service is currently not available" at all. Their claim of payout in every 15 days never works. Their phone numbers are hardly manned. They never reply to your emails. Their payouts have a big problem getting into your bank accounts. Their payout calculations are most of the times lesser than what you must actually get. People investing into this are going to loose money if they dont fix all of this. I purchase HEro honda PAssiom Pro in Aug. 09 in within first month battery started discharging at any time in a day. More than 5 min. never used self start button to start bike.
