I have purchased videocon washing machine 5months ago. They have given 2years warranty. Now its not working. 12 days ago, I have registered a complaint to the customer care. And they told that they will send a technician within 24 hours. But its almost 12 days, no one has come to repair it. I have booked a flat in Nitishree housing, NH-24, Ghaziabad (UP), Due to some reason company was not able to start the construction work. So we have demand to refund the money which they have taken during booking. The amount was 3.50 lacs. After many discussion they have refunded the money after 9 months and deduct 10% amount. Where they have refunded full amount to others. My concern is that they don't have any policy, second if the fault is not ours and they have used our money for two years then they have not any rights to deduct 10%. No systematic way for booking, informations needed to customers are not given correctly. I have been misbehaved by the staff. As these is the only agency from which our living area gets connection, we people have no other option to go. So, nowadays where there is a problem going through the supply of cylinder and also the verification of Ration card, the staff of this Agency are misbehaving like anything. I have a problem with my Honda unicorn the bike. The bike starts but the moment I accelerate the engine stops. In the rainy season, this gets worst. Some time during travel if I change the gears the moment I leave the clutch the engine stops and jump-starts. The service center does not seem to have an answer to the problem. I have tried changing the spark plug, cleaning the tank, cleaning the carburetor, changing the diaphragm in the carburetor. Engine de-carb. Nothing seams to work. Raison Engineers & Builders is bulling a society in indirapuram 'Raison Armor Homes'. The builder has asked the flat allottees to pay Rs 75 per sq. ft of super area for External Electrification Charges at the time of possession. This rate is very high. Ashiana builder (just opposite to this society) is charging Rs 25 per sq. ft in their project opposite Rasion Armor Homes in Indirapuram. Another builder Rishabh is also charging Rs 25 per sq. ft. for EEC (again close to this society). Car loan was taken from HSBC in sept'02 over 60 installments. After paying off 58 installments, last 2 cheques were not presented by hsbc for clearance. Innumerable phonecalls followed by & a letter couriered to the manager at mumbai main branch (on 17/4/08) have had absolutely no response from the bank. A simple request to present the last 2 cheques for clearance so that i may get my Noc has been ignored causing unnecessary delay & inconvenience.
