I have applied for new gas connection. Despite 6 visits in last 15 days, the working staff is still not interested in my request. The attitude of clerical staff is totally callous and unprofessional. I closed my standered chartered credit card in last november by visiting the branch and paying the amount. However I found out that the card was not canceled and some service charge was calculated and it kept on increasing and reached RS 1200. The general last date of the bill payment is 30 th September but till today i.e. on 28th September we have not received the property tax bills. When we try to complain through the governance site, it is not available at all. When we inquired over phone, standard answer bills have gone for distribution. The agency owners refused to book my gas so many times without "Ration Card" and the process of booking is very lengthy. I am getting LPG cylinders from TUCS, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai who is the dealer for Indianoil Corporation Limited, Chennai. I do not get the cylinder unless other wise I remind the dealer atleast for 5 times. I get the cylinder only after 20 days that too only after reminding. I gone through the complaint written by one of them regarding Mahesh travels, belgaum. I agree with this person completely. I had a similar experience although i did not miss the bus, but the drivers and the authorities behave very rudely with the customers. They have a bad quality service. They dont know to gain customers. Such travels go bankrupt very soon. They should learn some tips from perfect service providers like VRL ot PAI. Those buses are absolutely class of service. Last December I have purchased Indigo LS from Kottayam Kerala. I got a complaint with the remote locking system and took the car to the dealer M/s. St. Antony's Motors India Ltd. Kottayam. The man in charge has issued a Job Card No. 9316 dated 19.9.2007. One hour later he told me that the Remote Lock System (MINDA) service person is not available now and will be sent next day to my premises to repair it.
