I am using Sify BroadBand plan for last 8 months and constantly being irritated by the Sify people and there local vendor who sold me this connection. As they are never attending to my complaints on time, i am using a package with month validity in which i have got 1 gb download quota. We had taken PRE-PAID TATA INDICOM-VSNL broadband connection. For almost a month we have no connectivity. Ever y time we call up the call center they first keep you on hold on the ground, with a recorded caption "PLEASE STAY ON THE LINE, AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES ARE BUSY". If you book for a cylinder they never delivery the same on the said date.Any how they will take at least 15 days. Even they are not picking up the phone at all. I am a international traveler. I have bought a prepaid mobile connection of Air tel , the leading mobile communication provider in India., from Mumbai. The vendor told me that this particular plan will have Rs 450 talktime. However what he did not tell that out of 450 , Rs 200 talktime can be used only between the phones from the same company. We purchased a new Samsung side by side refrigerator from Best Buy 4 yrs ago, a beautiful top of the line model. The unit worked perfectly until about 3 months ago. Do not buy any product from Balaji machine Works or BMW Coimbatore. We bought a Mantra Grinder in Feb 2005 and within 3 months the section that holds the lid broke into 2 pieces. The grinder is no longer usable as the lid cannot be closed. After tracking the service center for another 2 months they sent a guy to have a look. After this that was the end of the issue. The kept dodging my calls and when they sometimes received they would say that a request has been sent.
