The quality control of Kwality Walls Ice Creams in Delhi appears to be slipping rather badly. Recently booking for refilling LPG cylinder of HP Gas over telebooking line 1716 from my residence has become very difficult. Whenever I try to connect 1716 from my residence I get response "due to some technical problem I am unable to process your request. We apologise for your inconveniance". I had bought Motorolla C350 mobile in year 2003. Now i need to change its battery. Even after 2 months of waiting, the service center (Trivandrum) isn't able to provide the battery. Their response - this model is stopped by motorolla, and spares not available - looks totally pathetic. I bought a Maruti Suzuki Baleno in July 2005. One month back my care was not running as normal. On taking it to the Service Center i was told that the crank shaft has broken. The meter reading was 50,000 km. With the latest technology, the engines are not required to be open before 1.5-2 lac km. I am not able to understand how a car which has run only 50,000 km and has a broken crank shaft. I feel Maruti Suzuki has a long way to go to compete with the other brands available here. They really seem to be a local brand. I would recommend everyone to think twice before buying a Maruti Suzuki car. I am really disappointed with Maruti Suzuki. read full review »

Insurance policy no:- icici20111 dated 25/10/2007 has not been approved/recieved till date. No response is being provided regarding the same for my free insurance claim provided by hp for 1 year. No support has been provided from hp redemption cell inspite of all the documents via email as well as hardcopies through courier and legal formality for registration of my notebook has been completed. No commitment has been shown by the person incharge. Claim being provided while purchasing the notebook are not been followed after the purchase. Sufficient actions need to be taken.
