I am civil vendor who makes tower foundations for telecom companies in the state of Punjab.I did civil works very speedily for then Hutch when it entered in punjab for which I have not received the retention amount of the last four years for which my gurantee period is over. I am not able to view the mail as the PDF Format of the E-Statement is prompting for password which I am not aware of...................I have mailed to th feedback section several times asking the password but no response. i had booked a flat in ittina akala, later on i was advised by my peer groups to not buy a ittina property as the construction is very poor. i had booked it by paying 10,000/-. On the form it says cancellation of booking will mean a deduction of 30% in the amount paid. I am yet to hear from them. They were very proactive before this, and now no one seems to respond. i advise you all to stay away from ittina properties and not to spend your hard earned money on them. read full review »

Since the change of ownership from Hucth to Vodaphone, things have fallen flat for Vodaphone customers. I get to hear this from all my friends who were brand loyal to Hutch. Its very hard to understand, how come the same guys with Hutch did a better job and not with Vodaphone. I guess it has to do something with the aptitude you enter a market. Hello, I had baught the Tata Indicomm USB modem, but the internet speed is pathetic. Moreover the service is pathetic. I had complained n number of times but no satisfactory resolution. Moreover, my connection was disconnected, and I was asked to pay 1000+ rupees, though my bill was merely 350. After I paid my bill, I requested to connect my service, but still it is not connected. Next bill had already come, which is again 250 only, I am not sure why they were asking 1000 bugs. I have been complaining about the batery of the instrument supplied to me but i am not getting the problem solved. The staff of ahmedabad office agtreed that the batery was faulty and i was given assurance that they will change the batery however after complaining for more than three time i did not get the problem solved. Two days back I got SMS to pay my bills. I instructed my company to pay bills as I was at Roaming location. In the afternoon I got SMS that your money is credited but in the night when I tried calling some one phone did not work- incoming, out going and SMS - all deactivated. when I tried customer care Star 333 , asked to talk at 363 and some other number which says to resume service contact customer care. I booked for Gas cylinder on 27.11.2007 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 3 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date. New running from piller to post started again when i have not recived my trading poassword till to day (27/11/2007), sent mails to my contatc percon in dealing bank, customer care and corporate office, but no responce.
