We bought a Sansui (India) LCD TV within 5 months the adaptor failed and on the 24 th of july we got in touch with 9384888888 (a call center in chennai) followed up with a call on 26 th july 07 to Vincent on 9840419922, and lastly to Kanakaraj 30/7/2007.
All of them have the same answer wait for 2 days it is exactly 7 days now and the set is not fixed. The company pays no attention to customer service i regret having bought the same. Sansui India service is pathetic and the employees insensitive and arrogant.

Regional Passport Office - Ghaziabad-UP
I had applied for passport in the regional office of Ghaziabad UP wide file no. F006435 dated 16/04/2007. I have not received it till today i.e. 30.07.2007. Although on the website it was mentioned that passport will be dispatched by 28.06.2007, it has not yet dispatched as per message on website.
Since i would need the passport quite soon, we request the RPO to dispatch it at the earliest.

Airtel Post Paid Connection / Do Not Disturb Option
I've been maintaining an Airtel Post-paid connection for the last one year. Last 3 months, I am being continuously disturbed by Airtel customer care executives with promotional calls. Despite repeatedly requesting to be not disturbed, I still continue to received these calls. Moreover, as advised by a Customer Care Executive by the name of Liji, I went online to activate the "Do Not Disturb" Option. The message said that it would get activated within 48 hrs. The equipment & its accessories was collected by the representative of m/s tata indicom from my residence in the month of august'2006. They have given receipt of the same equipment also. FAHRENHEIT - T shirt: JJ Mart - Bangalore, Jayanagar
I bought a T-shirt from JJ Mart, Jayanagar Bangalore. After using it for around 4months (worn mostly 4~5 times altogether), the fabric started showing the visible cuts.
To my surprise the executive @ JJ Mart doesn't feel / see these cuts. He defends its good quality & its like road side sellers. I speak with state head - sales of the Fahrenheit T-shirt brand company(as he claims, name is some... Lal) too denies about any clothes quality problem.

I had to cancel a ticket with Spice jet which resulted in Rs 10000 sitting in the account with Spicejet. When I tried to book another ticket using this amount, they asked me for Rs 2400 more than the fare available online for the same ticket saying that thats the way their system works!

Some of the staff at the ticket counter (Thane) are extremely rude. They don't know how to talk. And by saying that i don't mean that they shout or use abusive language. The reason i specified that is because in our Country the tone of talking is not considered to be a part of good communication skills.

Reliance Data Card
I had taken a connection of reliance data card on date 19-07-07 from the Web world at Hari Nagar, Jail Road, New Delhi. As address proof I gave my copy of my UTI Bank account statement, ID proof - Copy of my PAN Card, Pass port size photograph and Rs 3380/- Only.
This data card was taken a under a scheme of Toshiba Laptop purchase. I have also submitted the e coupon for the same.

BSNL Broadband issue
I never seen very bad service in BSNL in all terms of the Land line services as per my experience in past 2 years. Process is good and in place but the BSNL employees are not following it and end result customers are in well.
If it continues, all customer have to cancel the connections and better go for good service providers.

Cognizant Technology Solutions doesn't take care of it's employees. There are no reward systems and the salary is very low. I joined as a lateral recruiter in India with a comparable salary, but I was forced (to the point of threatening) to go onsite to USA since I was visa-ready and there weren't others available with the required skills and a visa. I had a bad experience with Big Bazaar recently wherein we had ordered for a study table.When the study table actually arrived it has been brought in a box all dismantle by the delivery guy and all refused to assemble the table. But forcing us to sign the delivery challan based on a box of wood.
When we contacted the sales person that is Jagadish in Big Bazaar he said: "You should think before buying our products", "We have our process so all CUSTOMERS should follow Big Bazaar process".

Last 4 months I am complaining to Airtel that I am not receiving my mobile bill in time. Airtel persons has found new way of handling this complain - by harassing in different way. Last 3/4 days I am receiving many calls (15-20) from Airtel( the persons says that calling from airtel) at different times and different tel nos. ( 40009631, 40009725, 9892708678 and others) asking about what is my complain and from next month every thing will be ok from next month.

I took a 3-year subscription of India Today Travel Plus in December 2005 but the first communication from them required 3 email reminders and 7 weeks. The free gift was delayed by 6 months, and the issues have been consistently late or missing. In fact, I have not received a single issue this year (2007) so far, till date, without multiple email reminders and follow ups regarding the same. I handed over my sound system to the sony service station (company owned) in the month of march, 2007. Sony people promptly identified the problem and informed me that the optical lense with assembly has to be changed which will be costing rs.3200/-. We have purchased samsung refrigerator model no: sg25bpwhn on 21/3/2001. Since last year ie 2006 feb, we are having prolonged problems with the refrigerator. I wanted to convert my Reliance post paid billing connection to pre paid connection.When contacted personally the R webworld shop at Vashi on 19th July, (Thursday) they informed that it is done only on Wednesday or Sunday. It is a general practice to harass customer if he has come for post to pre paid connection.

It is with utter disgust that i write about Prakash Book shop in India where i placed two orders for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Above instrument was given for repair and estimate given was for Rs.3000 ( Replacement of I.C.) and we had given our approval for the same.
