The Customer Service of Airtel Post Paid Card is very poor. The Signals are very low and most of the time the phone is not reachable. The 24 hours customer service is also not to the mark as one has to wait for a minimum of 25 minutes to speak to a Customer Service Executive once you get through the connection. After the long wait, you got to have the patience of listening to all the product advertisements which may not pertain to your query and when you get through the queue after the long wait, the line gets disconnected. I have purchased a Kodak Digital Camera through ICICI bank credit card. The bank and kodak has advertised in almost all the news paper about this offer that if you purchase using card the amount will be converted to 24/36 EMIs. Around 2000 to 3000 people are waiting for broadband connection every day we are visiting the bsnl office to provide broadband connection but the authority people not taking any step.
