I booked their prepaid by paying Rs. 4100 ( Rs. 2000 connection charges, Rs. 1000 for lifetime incoming and Rs. 11000 for another talktime) but not getting advertised talktime of Rs. 2000 because it was not activated for Rs. 1 before activation of lifetime scheme. i.e. I will not be getting talktime of Rs. 2000 due to non activation of Rs. 1. I would like to point out a case of harassment by yet an another service provider... A site called Cleartrip.com offers to book tickets for various airlines on internet for which they charge through credit cards. While making one such booking, there was an error at site clearly stating that the ticket was not booked and hence I re-booked the same. The Skyline cable network that provides Cable TV services at HSR layout, Bangalore did not provide Tamil channels during the month of February 2007. We subscribe to the cable mainly to watch Tamil programs and we did not get what we paid for. However the cable operator Skyline cable wants full payment of Rs.250. However this time they crossed their limits and are not responding to my e-mails. I booked an air ticket through yatra.com on 9/12/2006 booking no KPY6AJ). I cancelled it on 11/12/2006 and i got an e mail from yatra.com that Rs.14050 will be refunded to my credit card. I have ordered one MP3 player from rediff in Jan, 2007, when i received the product the ear phones were already defective. The player somehow worked for 10-12 days, then it stopped working. When i made a complaint to rediff they promised me to reimburse the money in the form of GIFT CERTIFICATE. I received the certificate after a week. My Nokia phone was hanging a lot. I took it to NOKIA [HCL], Preet Vihar, Delhi care center. They said that they will check the problem and the call me to inform about it. I have purchased on Nokia 1255 CDMA set and connected through Reliance Mobile connection on 5.2.2007 but since very first day i am facing problems as under: 1. Battery back up very low it discharges with in 8 Hrs. without use. I go to the nearest shop and get my airtel prepaid account filled up. Even after that the outgoing facility from my airtel no has been debarred. Customer care is really hopeless. I got DishTV recently subscribed to MAXI package. After 20 days it blocked my MAXI channels even though I had paid for renewal in advance for 2 months. At Customer care number, none picks up. Visiting their local office provided no help to rectify the problem. The care should really be called Customer We Do not Care. I think it is a scam to sign people in and charge for the set top box and once customer is trapped, do not provide any service. I was a postpaid subscriber of Airtel J & K (Srinagar Circle) for a period of 6 months till Jun 2005. Before leaving on transfer to Haryana I had submitted an application along with a proof of identity with forwarding address to refund my Security Deposit of Rs.1000/- Unbilled amount was Rs.200/- (approx). I should've received the refund of Rs.800/- (approx)which I haven't received till now. It is really a sad commentary on the part of a conglomerate like you that your customer care dept. has all along been turning a deaf ear to my constant & vigorous follow up even after deducting Rs 249/- on 26th feb 07 itself & holding out stream of assurances. I had bought 32"Phillips matchline 3yrs ago. We bought the product because of the company's good after sales services. But in last 2yrs the television set has already caused too many hassles. The service engineers took the t.v set to their workshop but have not returned it for the past 2 months. They also suggested replacement of the t.v sets' crucial parts whose cost they said comes upto Rs6000 excluding service charges. The television has not been repaired since.
