I have been asking repeatedly for Winzip to reconsider their policy for "helping dumb users". If you use the current version of Winzip you have to turn off "include system files" for every single zip you create. This company's product is voice mail management for businesses. I've just discovered that they have been charging my Mother who is 81 years old for months for this service on her AT&T phone bill. Got the TomTom for Christmas. Went on a trip last week and tried to use it for the first time. I tried to update the maps online and it didn't finish installing so I aborted after it hung for 20 minutes. We get on the road and it says no maps found.
