There is one Airtel office situated at Kamla Nagar, Delhi. Whenever we go there to submit our postpaid bills, they always tell that our system is down, you'll get your receipt within 48 hours. We have called this company many, many times to have our fax number taken off their list but we still get 4-5 page faxes every 2nd day which ties up our fax machine and wastes tons of ink. I have even called the office numbers and was told they wouldn't send any more BUT THEY STILL DO. We are so fed up with this company and I hope this complaint will help.
