I bought this product for $4.95 and noticed on my banking account a charge of $39.95. I tried to call the company to tell them I did not want the product but you can not get through on the phone. After waiting 1 1/2 hours I still did not speak to a real person. I received no product either. Two weeks later I see another charge on my bank account for $44.90. I try again to call, days and days, and cannot get a person to talk to. Still no product . I don't even want the product. It does not work. I am going to the bank and cancelling my credit card so they cannot charge my account again. Help!!! Someone please put these people out of business. read full review »

I applied for a sample of Tinni-Fix trf through an internet site. I did not give my credit card information and was called by someone from Gen5 Labs and asked for my credit card number so that they could charge shipping fee. I told the fellow that I did not want to give my card number and he told me it wouldn't be a problem because if I wasn't happy, I could contact Visa and cancel it. I did not authorize any automatic payments to be debited from my Visa nor did I authorize any further shipments of this product.

I bought a fridge 4 years ago, recently the fridge was not staying cool. A Sears repair man was to come out (he didn't even get out of his truck because the contractor was here to let him in not the homeowner). Had to reschedule. The second appointment he was over three hours late. In the process of attempting to fix the fridge he broke two parts in the freezer and my electrical outlet cover (only one part he offered to repair at no charge). I got a call at my work telling me I needed to "renew" the businesses' Yellow Pages ad or it would immediately be canceled. I was told that we currently had an ad, I asked who they were, they said they were The Yellow Pages. Once again in Dutchess County the " We do not have answers to any of your questions" experts are at work. First someone in our household is told he has to illegally register twice to vote!
It could have been a mistake if he did not just receive his voters registration 5 days before saying he was legally registered! The counties answer? Oh, that is ok, just let him register two times ( by the way this was 4 days AFTER registration was over!) then everything will be fine when he goes to vote. Good answer.

New Vizio purchased 11/7/8, t.v. kept shutting off. Bad Power Supply. Already purchased 4yr extended warranty. Returned unit back to Wal-Mart 11/22/8. Run around with Customer Service about getting warranty refund back. !st told I wasn't in system. Then given 2 bad phone numbers to call. Finally got a correct phone #, and was given a bad e-mail address and mailing address to properly cancel extended warranty. they make it impossible to return their products because they want you to get an RMA # before you return their merchandise. Which is impossible because you can not talk to anyone in their customer care dept. to be able to get a RMA#. In the mean time they just keep charging you credit card. The company promises a gas rebate for visiting a travel club. When attempting to use the so called gas rebate, no money is returned. They claim the form wasn't filled in correcectly. Meanwhile there is no phone number so that customers can ask questions. read full review »
HP Photosmart 5280
I bought a new printer HP Photosmart 5280 on November 10th it was on sale at Staples for $49.95. It worked for 3 days, then the USB cable was malfunctioning, but it worked with my DELL printer. I have two USB printer cables and they both work with my DELL printer.
I called the office and they said to return it to HP and they would repair it. It came back in 2 twos and it was supposedly repaired.
Still the same PROBLEM. So, I called the HP Service and they said it was a HARDWARE problem so I would have to buy an 2 year extended service... read full review »

ordered trial size extreme aca-berry for shipping charge of 3.95. the credit card statement showed three (3) unauthorized extra charges, two (2) @ 29.95 and one (1) at 89.31.
I immediately called number listed on cr statement 866-4071022 NV and the answering party agreed to remiburse the one (1) charge of 29.95 and cancel the one (1) account of two in my name?

If you've decided you just don't have quite enough hell in your life, then by all means use FID for your overseas move. I chose them for their low rates and BBB A+ rating. You will now note they have a B+ rating and I intend to see what I can do about that as I feel it is still too generous. I have so many complaints about them, that I'll just stick to the high points.

I was trying to use this company as they say they can get prescriptions for $30 a month. I did everything they said and they still have not sent over any medication. I am on a single income and have a child with cerebral palsy, microcephaly, breathing problems, vision and hearing loss. The last thing I need is a company that is taking money out of my account, which they have taken $80.00 on one occasion and now have taken another $30.00. I just thought I would warn everyone, I see there are a lot of complaints against The Wheel Connection and it seems that they have changed their name to The Wheel Affiliates. Do not do business with these people, they are fraudulent liars.

If you try to get a free sample of Wacaiberry8 they will take your credit card number for shipping than they will charge your account $88.62 per month for a monthly supply without your knowledge! The number they provide on the charge is 866-938-4832 its either busy, discontects you or doesn't pick up at all. Ashton Oaks Apartments does not pay their vendors. I have been very unhappy with their slow pay schedule. It has been over 6 months since I provided a service and product for them. I got them the best price and made sure everything was just the way they wanted them.
