I paid for postage to try this product. I read the tiny paper they included with the sample product telling me the product would be $89.31 a month unless I contacted them with in 14 days. I attempted to call them the day after I recieved this product and was put on hold for 13 minutes. Then someone came on the phone line and said there is a problem with the line call back in 72 hours. This company has a web page to pay account, but it is DIFFICULT to get the page to respond on any given day or it times out the session before all info is typed in or you cannot ever get to site because it is slow or does not respond. I have been getting billed for charges from this merchant since September 2008, first on my credit cards then my personal bank account. I never authorized these charges nor did I order anything from this company. I am actively attampting to stop all future charges from this merchant through my credit card companies and my bank. These are unauthorized charges and they continue to show up on my statements every month. In fact twice in one month on one charge card. I ordered a baby shower cake using a design I brought in. The design was drastically off and noticably off to the guest as well. There was an inch of frosting (I measured) an d 3/4 inch fudge filling. This is way over the top in my opinion. No one ate the cake. I spent $85 for a cake that was literally thrown in the garbage.
