Three times I attended the K-mart tyre and auto service station. First time ... I had a water leak and they did not fix a water leak but charged for it. When I returned the car they shortened the water system by blocking it off at one section and then the heating did not work. They still charged! Second time ... A Charge of 49.95 appeared on my credit card on 18 October 2008. As it happens I have PC Tools on my computer from about a year ago so I assumed that it was the renewal charge. However adjacent to it were some obvious scam charges that my wife had let herself in for and two of those had the DR!* ahead of the company name, so I logged on to the Internet and found that below glowing reports on PCTOOLS was a scam warning relating to DRI*PCTOOLS. When asked to turn down the temperature Kenny was loud and told me to get out of his face. Other times he has stated I was suppose to sweat, he was cold, he could not adjust the temperature. I took my wife out last night to Apple Bee's and it was the worst service I have had in a long time.The waitress took forever to bring drinks and when she did there was particles floating in it.When she brought out the appetizers the celery was dirty.The waitress said it was probably when they pulled it out the ground and did not wash it good.We ordered bread and it was hard and the guy that brought it out said it is probably not fresh when it look like that. Did a buy it now on 2 dvds paid immediately then received e-mail stating items were mailed. 1 day later received e-mail from paypal stating I would be refunded my funds. they emailed a generic mailer stating the items were out of stock but when I checked their ebay store they had re-listed the dvd at twice the price & had 32 listed. My husband and I noticed my truck on the lot of Carriage Traders (We had just traded it in the day before) We were curious to what they were asking for it. So we called and, Tim Cardinale the salesman, gave us nothing but lies. When we traded for a new vehicele we were completely honest on the history of the truck we traded in. On September 9, 2008 I paid DRI*Symatis $39.99 to renew my virus protection on one of my two computers. Todate I do not have any protection against viruses. I just renewed my coverege on my second computer and I hope I won't lose coversge on the piece of equipment. I need action NOW. I find it interesting that people complain about AdPockets when after working with them for as long as I have i and hundreds of others have been very very happy with them. I'm no expert on credit collections activities but I'm certain that chaning information in order to retard the age of an account in order to continue to collect is against the law. They are trying to harass collections on an account from 1999. They are reporting it as a "medical" account, which I believe allows them to collect longer and they have changed the opening age of the account to 2004. They refuse to validate the account with any type of written information. Yet the account is always verified for the credit bureaus. HOW is that possible? read full review »

I have worked for this company since January 2008 as a Courthouse Researecher. They paid me during this time with 2 bounced checks. They they decided to just close up without paying me my last 2 paychecks totaling over $1500. During this period of time, the manager (I use that term very loosly, (Debbie Johnson) kept telling me to work and I would get paid. They don't answer their telephones or emails.
