I regret signing my child up for John Casablacas school it is pretty clear they are all about the money! they half speak to you and will not return any of your phone calls or emails until they are ready to do so. Ordered parts for my car Sept. 22nd. Received a few emails saying the part is on back order due to supply shortage from EIBACH. After almost two months of emails saying product is still on back order, I tried to call company. Guess what? They are GONE!!! I received a free sample of Luminous Brites dental whitener by mail. I did not agree to buy this product. I agreed to try it out, which I haven't had a chance to do. I had this credit card since 2007, never made a late payment, recieved a credit limit, and just recently went online to salute to make a payment. I always pay over the amount due. I noticed on my account summary the credit limit stated 0$. RCN is the worst cable company service I have ever had to deal with. Not only are their tech support people incompetent, they barely spoke English. I had service activated 9/21/2008 and had decent picture quality and internet service. I started to experience trouble in around 10-10-2008 where my picture went in and out and my internet stopped working.
