Downloaded free trial program. It does diagnosis, then says you must purchase full copy to remove spyware. Purchased full version, downloaded it. It is the same as the free trial version, and gives me the same message that I need tp purchase. Contacted the company using their only provision, of email. All I get is an autoresponder with a link to frequently asked questions. Answer is not there.
