We ordered and received 2 Tank Sporty motor scooters from Sunny Sports, Inc. The provided the titles about 2 weeks later. When we went to register and license them, we were told that we couldn't because the title did not have the mandated emissions declaration that they meet EPA standards. Its shows that some of these billing issues have been resolved so maybe the BBB is doing something about it where as it does not appear that the PUC of Texas or the Attorney General's Office is doing anything.
