Brian was contracted to strip and stain our outdoor deck. He told us it would take a week to complete. He also asked for half of the money up front for expenses, which $500 was given to him by check. Brian was contacted numerous times, and worked a total of 10 hours in 3 weeks. He then never returned any of our phone calls, or ever showed up to work again after that. We were lied to and felt cheated. Brian has left us with a half-finished mess and the summer is half over. We ordered shutters on 6th March and were advised they would be fitted within 8 weeks. We are now in the fifth month, despite a complaint letter, at least 10 telephone calls we are still waiting for the shutters to be delivered to an installer, before we can even arrange an installation date. This business was contacted by General Electric to contact me about my refirgirator. They did call me within 24 hours and I told them what I needed, and gave them all the information. They said they would order the part and that it would take 2 to 5 days for the part to come in and they would contact me. Right now I am leasing a 2007 Santa FE. I wanted to trade it in for a bigger vehicle, the Entourage, because the Santa Fe is just to small for children. I purchased the RCA Audio System RS2058 from newegg.com on 6/24/007, It arrived July 1, 2007. The unit would only play a few seconds of a cd before it jumped to then next cd. Iam 17 years old and I was working in a day care center as part of my graduation requirement. Back in May of 2008 the center was inspected by the health department. The health department found nubereous citations. The center was given a certain amount of weeks to make improvements. The center failed and closed. My last check I cashed. I ordered some medicated shampoo and itch relief products for my dog on June 19. I called July 1 only to be told they had still not shipped the order although the products were in stock. The company rep could not explain the delay. My dog has been very uncomfortable so I wanted to cancel the order and buy the products from another source. What began as a simple service call, subsequently turned into a merry go round that was completely unnecessary. Fosters was out sourced to our residence to find out why our GE Monogram refrigerator was not cooling by Fidelity National Home Warranty. Basically, they started to not return phone calls and ordered unnecessary parts based on a completely inaccurate assessment from their technician. In the meantime, we went without a refrigerator for about 2 weeks in the heat of the summer. I recently bought a scion xb at Lustine Toyota in Woodbridge, VA. What a mistake!! I initially went in to see a used one after they tried to charge me $18, 000 for, a car that retails for $14, 000 brand new so we tried to leave. Misleading information on the product. Website says 4 megapixel still resoution and 5.1 channel audiou format. Actually the still resolution is 0.34 megapixel (340K pixels) and the audio format is Dolby Digital 2 channel. When requested for return, I am asked to pay the return shipping. I have to pay the item shipment for the product that actually has no such features and also the return shipment. I can't really say what kind of work this company does because after getting the runaround for 2 weeks from them, Mr. Walter himself told me that his company wasn't going to pay $4.00/gallon for gas to come out and do my small repair job on my roof. We had never owned an RV before, and we went to Explorer RV in Castroville, Texas to look at and buy one of their RV's. We got ripped off; they didn't teach us how to tow the RV, or how to use all of the accessories. They did not service the RV battery and it killed our truck battery. I purchased the Premier plan for my 2 pets because it was the lowest plan that covered dental cleanings. For 10 months I paid $110 per month without filing a claim. Then I filed the claim for the 2 dental cleanings with pre-op blood work. While the amount I paid for the cleanings came to about $1200, they covered about $250 for each pet, saying that was 80% of the "reasonable costs". It is very sneaky in my opinion. They have done nothing to suffice this issue as the links are still out there. They were sued last year by a very large insurance agency in the Nashville area for doing, what it seem to be the same thing. They have not followed up with me or put an end to this. I have new carpet that was professionally cleaned by certified cleaner that cosed $400 each time. After completing a year of chemotherapy I decided to treat myself to a face lift for a fresh start. The scars on the back of my neck were so horrible it took two additional z type scar reductions to look somewhat normal. This was so embarrassing I could hardly go out of the house. Dr Back claim that I changed my hairstyle (I am a male!!!) He messed up, then he lies. Not to mention the severe complications I had in his surgi center. This person bought a digital download item. When you sell a digital item on ebay, it has to be completely set up and working when you set it up. The download link has to be given ahead of time with Paypal. It shows to the buyer immediately after they paid. This buyer didn't pay attention and missed the link.
