I bought Motorola handset L6i on 06-May-2007. In less than a month's time I have started facing problems with this handset. The key pad suddenly stops functioning - I can see the calls coming but pressing keys (either Answer/Ignore) does not work. Not able to make any calls. After several attempts to take the battery and SIM card out and again putting them back, it works some time while at other times it does not work. I bought airtel friendz prepaid connection on 27 april this year. Within 3 days, i dispatched all the necessary documents to the airtel people. Now after 2 months, they suddenly cut my services. I am receiving unsolicited calls and SMS from mobile number 9897878867. I called up the customer care centre of AirTel for lodging the complaint. The company customer executive refused to entertain the complaint and expressed his inability to help me on the subject. He was insistent upon that I should lodge an F.I.R with police and when police writes to them, then only they will initiate any action. My 2-year-old refrigerator stopped working on a Saturday morning. We have an extended warranty on it. We called the company. They said to call back on Monday. I bank at the mandevville branch of Am South and while I was out of town I used my debit card. When I returned I checked to see if all my bills were taken care of so I could withdraw my money without any over draft fees. Well the girl at the bank was new and she told me it would be alright to take my money out that everything had cleared from my vacation. I had a horrible experience from Tata Indicom Customer care for the last two days. Sunday evening I had Rs.705 in my a/c. After which, i made two calls which cost me around Rs.6/-. The practice of buy now pay never using no account checks bearing fake social security numbers is happening at banks in the midwest. The banks pass the loss on too paying customers in higher fees and interest. The Inspector General's office for fraud says happens all the time, is illegal, but rarely prosecuted. Looked online for local florist in Dallas, Texas and e-florist came up. I ordered the flower from them and got the confirmation/invoice with the total of $100.29. I was sent an SMS by Airtel to Recharge on 28th May 07 to Recharge with RC 199 to get 60 days validity and Rs. 24.80 talktime. I recharged with the same amount the same day but the validity was not given for 60 days yet. Instead they are not attending to the calls made from my number.
