I purchased this vehicle with good faith thinking that i would be trouble free because it is brand new. At 1000 km i complained to royce love nissan (rossburgh) durban that my bakkie had a vibration and i was told that it could be the propsahft. At 15000km the bakkie was taken in for a re-ring. Saw add on line and prompted to try a impotence pill sample for $4.95. Sample requested and received. Tried product and became violently ill. Two weeks later a bag was sent me without my request or authorization. In the next billing period was a bill for $109.95 to my CC. Calls are redirected to a voice mail. I have been getting at least 15 calls per day from phone number (954) 724-9490 , and they were hanging up on the first ring. When I call the number back, I get the same thing "mail box is full"! They did just call again (for the 3rd time in less than an hour) and I did finally get some one, it is publishing clearing house! I have been asked to be removed from their list, and not to call again. If they so choose to call, I will be reporting them to the Attorney Generals office, and the BBB. At the walmart store located in trinidad, colordado, there is very poor care regarding the garden center. There is a greenhouse set up at walmart with hundreds of plants in it. On the week of April 6th, 2007, we had freezing drizzle and temperatures fell below freezing. I noted that a portion of the greenhouse siding was down and the plants exposed to the cold. There is a dog that lives a block away from us that is neglected and the OSPCA will not do a dang thing and it makes me mad. This dog is average size and is in a small outside cage with a doghouse that has no door and is about the size of the dog. I can't imagine the dog even has room to turn around in there. Do NOT buy from these people. They state in the warranty that the warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for 10 years. We have some very high dollar patio doors rotting out at the bottom. They were installed in 1997 and in 2000, one of them was showing rot. A Peachtree rep came and looked at the issue, and said the weather stripping that WAS INSTALLED at the factory was not sealed at the bottom properly. This is a mini mart serving food that does'nt have a clue on food clean up they serve food that has been left out of the freezer all night. Bathroom door is left open at all times. They have no clue if the food they are cooking is cooked through. They do not clean there areas up with any type of cleaner not even bleach. This is a very high risk area for food poisoning. I've hung up countless times, but this time decided to respond so that I could get to the root of the problem. The above law office is a debt collector on behalf of Memorial Regional Hospital. It filed a judgment against me even though I was paying something towards the bill back in 2003. I paid the judgment in full, which the mortgage company that I refinanced with in August 2006 paid the remaining balance.
