My insurance finance company uses express-pay.com to take online payments. If you wish to pay by check, you must enter the routing number and then the account number (which is normal) To ensure you make no mistakes, you must enter the info again. I pay 98% of my bills online so I am used to this procedure. I have been using a tata indicom postpaid connection 9216470792 for the past three months. Outgoing calls have been barred scores of times in these three months. Totally unresponsive attitude. I have cleared bills on time. Even rs 1800+ in excess. Call rate applicable is re 1/min but unbilled amount is charged at 2.65 rs so the credit limit is reached in no time and outgoing barred. It indicates there is information on the database regarding police records for that person; however, you can only access it if you are a member. Used Mercedes Benz E240 purchased from MB Wakefield in March 2005, within 3 days the battery died (replaced under warranty) within 6 weeks the steering rack failed (replaced under warranty). We are an assisted living facility that sponsored an annual Chanukah luncheon for the Jewish Federation. We purchased at "Prime 18 Restaurant" a a dinner gift certificate of $200.00 and gave it away to an elderly couple. Please note it was paid with our company credit card and has already been debited. I ordered 2 ink jet cartridges from them. They did not fit so I returned them according to their policy. I e-mailed at least 14 times, sent fax and called repeatably. Today after 5 1/2 months they said they credited me, but there is no credit on my credit card. I have been using airtel service 4 quite some time by now. I received a call from airtel a few days back in which they offered me sms pack of 2000 @Rs 49/- only. I said no but the chapter was closed but the after a couple of days i received a msg from airtel stating that this service has been activated on my request and henceforth 49 rupees were deducted from my balance. My wife & I have been staying at that motel for over a decade, with absolutely no problems whatsoever, last stay, May 29th. When I tried to make a reservation in November, they told me Manager Lee Judson had put us on his Do Not Rent list. Paid very good money for a timeshare week with Fairfield but when it comes time to reserve your vacation week they say they are all booked up. Your points or week are gone never to be used again and you have lost your money. Customer no-service says they are sorry but there is nothing they can do. Purchased Marin bicycle from Big Wheel bikes in Bethesda MD. {$600} within one day of riding around rear wheel weird and very noisy. Found out that only about 60 percent of the spokes were actually 'truing' the wheel; all the other spokes were just barely tightened. Walked the bike back to store; "retrued' in rapid (less than 5 minutes) fashion, next day same problem!! iGavel is the worst auction service ever. They are incompetent and liars. To start of with, they left the package containing the items I sent to them to be auctioned sitting at the post office for an entire month before finally getting up off of their lazy butts and claiming it. About 3 years back, I had no choice but to get my wife a new car. To make this as short as I can. I been doubling up on the payments every chance I get. I came in to a few dollars so I thought to pay the car off early. I added up all off the payment slips that were left in the book and mailed in that amount. Now to me that should be payed in full. On November 16, 2006 I called Aon (the warranty provider for Kitchen-Aid) to inform them that our $5000 refrigerator is not functioning. Today is Jan 2, 2007. Two techs spent the afternoon at my house rebuilding the refrigerator and it still is not working. Today was my 12th scheduled service call. 4 of those were no shows or last minute cancellations. My complaint is against VSNL/Tata Indicom Broadband services, even though I am not there user. The Wiring or Installation department of the above company is a very poorly planned dept.
