Horrified to read the quotes about QS Supples. Ordered bathroom equipment, of which they said they had 5 in stock. When tried to track order - nothing. Rang the next day. They said we would have to wait 4 - 6 weeks. This was unacceptable as we need the equipment straight away. Cancelled the order, asked for immediate refund. Said they would refund. Ten days later and numerous phone calls - nothing. Spoke to MO who seems to run everything - says he is going to sort it out - ring back - e-mail etc - NOTHING. Why is it when you pay money upfront for goods that they cannot give you the money back right away? they are quick enough to take. This company has repeatedly contacted me regarding a debt from 1994 for a company that is no longer in business. The debt was obviously purchased at a low cost in an attempt to get me to pay. The debt belonged to an out of business company and was never valid to begin with. I am in process of filing a complaint to them and the better business bureau to have them end the harassment.

I ate with a party of eight at Red Lobster here in Tallahassee, Florida on October 6, 2008. The fried shrimp were tough, cold, and very small. The fondue had no meat...it was like weak cheese soup. Cheese bisquits were cold, as well, and dried out. Baked potato was very dry and tasted as though it had been baked a day or so earlier. I brought an USB ZTE CDMA 1X MODEM from Reliance Mobile 10 days before from Reliance Mobile in Brigade Road, Bangalore. This is a post paid connection that came with my HP Pavilion Note, thinking about the mobility and net connection speeds up to 144 kbps I paid Rs.3180 for this pathetic internet connection.
The average connection speed I get is less than 15 kbps. Worst case is some times I get connection speed less than 5kbps. At these speeds even simple home page of google.com fails to load. I have done all the basic trouble shooting... read full review »

After being lied to twice about their service and the price. I cancelled service before it was set up only to be billed for their mistake. I received absolutely no service from them, yet have been turned in for debt collection because of their mistake. I have now spent over 4 hours on the phone with them only to have to wait for them to review this mistake in order to deal with it. I would not recommend their services to anyone. I have never spoken to more incompetent people who can not do anything to help you and do not know what their services provide or the price to charge for them. read full review »

I normally spend $500 to $700 on groceries per month. In spite of the fact that I have been turned off to Safeway due to its inept home delivery service, I went to the San Francisco, Diamond Heights store on November 5 only to find the shelves near empty.
On November 6, I found very little more than cat food and coffee.

I have a credit for a flight from July 21, 2005 when I had to cancel a return only flight from Halifax to Victoria because of car trouble on a cross country trip and could not meet the time to fly home to BC.
I had cancellation Insurance at the time and did think to call them to report this. So I had only one year to use the credit or lose it. As it happens . I have not been unable to rebook due to family problems and request an extension of the time. I would love to take a trip in the next few months .

I moved from Los Angeles to Ames, Iowa and sent most of my belongings, including my computer, through Fed Ex. All of my packages arrived on time, however my computer would not start up. It had been wrapped in a heavy winter blanket as packaging and I am positive this was good enough because bubble wrap has the same cushioning quality. Available credit of $127.90 expiring in March 2008 was not showing on my frequent flyer Trueblue website. Instead it was showing as $0.00 available credit. Today, after other credit was added to it, it reappeared as already expired. I complaint about it but they told me it has always been available to me. However, how can I remember it when it is not showing where it is supposed to show. They should not be hiding any available credit till it expires. My experience is similar to other reviewers. I gave them a social security number, and they gave me a worthless report consisting mainly of people who happen to have a similar name to the person for whom I was searching.
I filled out their email form to register a complaint, but never received a response.
Another nice touch is that they will try to get you to sign up for some identity theft protection service, and they make this service look like its part of the registration process. It's not.

we are flying for 3 hours over the pacific going to hawaii.Flight turns around due to a military NO FLY zone.Get back to vancouver and our 16 month old is spent.We decide to not take the next flight out.(being promised that we can fly out next time at the same price).Now all we get is 2 x $ 300 credit for the next 12 months.(my wife and i).Am i being too petty for asking a flight back to hawaii for the same price????

I posted my complaint regarding the Domino Pizza at Broad and Hunting Park in Philadelphia, PA. I called in an order for two large pizzas, and after waiting for about an hour and a half, I called only to find out that the order was canceled. the manager told me that a call was made to my house and no one answered but I was home. We purchased a Keurig One Touch Milk Frother via Amazon in July 20120 and in November 2010 it failed to operate.
We have sent 4 emails to Keurig and spent a long time on the phone with Keurig Customer Non Service and have been promised that a Keurig Rep will contact us and nobody has and that is over 2 weeks ago.

I charged the camera battery. And it would not take a picture.They told me to try charging it again. I took two pics and then it died again. I believe this battery was dead and of poor quality. Perhaps it was a Chinese counterfiet. And this is just half of the story. The customer service of Ft Lauderdale is the poorest quality of any company I have ever dealt with.
