Sovereign Bank recently sent all their telephone service jobs to India. The people spend all their time asking you if you've had a nice day etc, rather than being serious about your business, what's more they don't even understand what you are asking them. Never late on any of my credit cards, all of a sudden I am, according to FirstUSA credit card, late on 2 payments. So the penalty is $35.00 for each late payment, plus a hike to 22.99% interest. I have a 5, 000.00 credit limit and the minimum payment I have to make is $100.00. Most of the time I double it, but now am paying minimum until I get this thing resolved. I had used this company a couple of times with no problems. The third time I had used them, the movers broke a leg on a table while taking the table out to the moving van . I discovered this when they unloaded the furniture. The movers apparently thought I would not notice the broken leg as they did not inform me of this. I applied for the Uverse services from AT&T. I have had cell phone service with them since they first took over Cingular. I have over $200 in cell and data services for my two sons and myself. It was a late Thursday night and was just on the way home with my friend we ordered a pizza and i said i would pay extra as it was so late and it was close to closing. They agreed and said it would be 20 minutes to an hour. I gave them the correct telephone number and waited it never arrived. In 2004 december i shifted from manali in himachal pradesh to maharashtra ahmednagar. I had sent all my utensils and other household things by DTDC courier. The DTDC courier from himachal to ahmednagar damaged almost 60 % of the utensils and goods. If you are in a remote place don't send any goods by this courier in india. I have been smoking Marlboro Cigarettes for 14 years and the last month all the packs of Marlboro Smooths and Menthol lights in 100's have been bad. Ridiculously strict on auto inspections and then they try to cheat you out of your money. Failed me for dirty headlights and imperfect windshield wipers. I had replaced the wipers only a month prior. Berkline Recliners are the worst. My recliner that I have only had for 2 years fell apart. The wood fram for the seat broke apart. All the joints where they glue it together are weakening to the point that the chair wobbles and the reclining mechanism will not close. Berkline's only solution for me is to pay their repairman to come to my house. This is only to see what is wrong not to fix anything.
