I have paid my New York & Company credit card in full a few months ago. I booked my domestic gas cylinder on 16.04.2011 but till date (i.e.23.04.2011) my gas cylinder is not yet delivered. I tried calling the agency but as usual they are purposefully kept busy. Using this website was the worst decision I have made with regards to online purchasing of Broadway show tickets. I wanted to attend opening night of West Side Story in March and flew down to NY and was told on the day of the show that my tickets were unavailable even though my credit card had been charged in January for double face value for each ticket. Instead I was offered one ticket for the following night show even though I was supposed to fly out earlier that day. I work as a church secretary. I have been receiving these phone calls every day since I've been with the Church. I've talked to the senior pastor about it, and he agrees that something has got to be done. We've never had anything to do with this company at all for any reason. Retained loan modification services from Parsa Law with a payment of $3645.00 on 9-9-09. Was in contact with Scott Gronsky who assured me that our case was being processed until his e-mail was canceled on or about 10-14-09. Tried to phone the Parsa office and e-mailed with no response. To the best of my knowledge, nothing was done by Parsa Law for our case. As far as I'm concerned, James Parsa is a total crook and should go join Madoff in jail after he pays us back.
