Ever since we bought our computer in April of 2007, we had in for service 3 times for the D drive. We have called Microsoft and HP for help. Since we have bought this computer the D drive always notify us the space is low. Service department said the next time bring it in they would have to charge us. even though we have a service policy. I put in for a lease on some fitness equipment for a gym I was opening, they sent me a contract with a monthly payment figure on it. Pleased be advised that your adherence to your policy does not concern me. What does concern me is that I have a product that I paid a significant amount of money for and this product is defective in 18 months from normal use. This must be either a design defect or construction defect that has now surfaced. I was utterly disgusted when I opened my Yakisoba noodles only to find a long strand of hair in the sealed packet. I purchased a Cricket paygo prepay phone on November 28th, 2009. I called the customer service number to activate and gave them my credit card information to process a $75.00 payment for two months of prepaid service. I disconnect my home service with A T & T due to awful service, non repair, etc. I felt that I did not owe them anything as I paid them. They still turned me over to collection for $73.00. This company is scum. I have made my payments on time for 5 years. During the beginning of my loan I added a little extra to be applied to principal so that my final payment would be less and I would have credit towards the interest due on the account. I get to the very last payment and surprise the last payment is the exact amount of the regular payment. No credit for any of the extra I sent in at the begining of the loan. My family had gone to this dentist due to our insurance. They advised my husband he needed a deep cleaning. (Scaling and root planing) which was $1500.00 He went ahead and had the treatment done. Then I went 2 weeks later and they advised me I needed the same, my was worst then his and mine would of been $1800.00. I did not have the treatment done, in fact I called my insurance company and had them look into this. I have never had any problems with my teeth or gums. This dentist office is the biggest rip off. I purchased a GPS system which I returned with insurance. I waited 1 month to be reimbursed and when I wasn't I called and they told me to track the package if it was insured and fax them the tracking information which I did that stated it was received in Atlanta Georgia two weeks after I mailed it. I think that the fastcash payday loan should be held accountable for their action. They were trying to take me to court for internet fraud. They are not governed by the fair debt credit collecting law.Which a lot of people are not aware of.This should be change. Beware Note that Dri*app World is hacking into even gas station pumps and using it to get your personal information. Pulled into a gas station in Rock Hill, SC and pumped gas(as usual). Beware Shell contest cards. The marketing staff want your private ID data. If you win a $10 free-fuel card, you can't trade the card for gas at the local Shell station. You must send your private driver's-license data to a separate nameless company. Shell says it's to verify winners are over 18. This is the worst outfit I have encountered online. I ordered a hard drive on January 9, 2007 and received it shortly thereafter. It did not fit my computer and they issued an RMA ( DG07129A12). On9/9/08 I contacted WD and talked to Chris about my problem. He stated that my warranty was good until 10/27/08. I then took my hard drive to a local computer repair shop and had my data recovered for couple of hundred dollars. When I called back today I was told I voided the warranty by not having WD or one of their recommended parties retrieve the data. They wont ship your order until you call them to verify it, then they try to sell you all this extra stuff stating that your product more than likely wont work without some of these items. National Dealer Services continues to call my house daily on both my land and fax lines. When I press to be taken off the list, they call the next day. When I press 1 to speak to a representative, the phone hangs up. I have, however, recently spoken with a rep on 2 occasions.
