CanopCo Incoporated had a problem with their bililng system and a number of people in Canada were billed for calls out of the Arizona Area. Telus is aware of the problem and asks that all customers call CanopCo to have the charges reversed. I called the number and waited 20 minutes on the line. I spoke with a young women who apologized for the error. She said that they cannot credit my telus bill directly so they would have to mail me a cheque. This is the last-FINAL of many BAD experiences at this location. We ordered the big chicken dinner with a coupon, we ordered extra biscuits, extra mac and cheese. We waited 22 minutes to order, only to be told it would be 25 minutes until they had extra crispy available. Won't give out rebates. Posted one back in November of 2006 for $50 REBATE when you purchase a sportster radio and activation. When I contacted them they said they never received it and told me to resubmit it. Since I didn't make a photo copy of the receipt I figured it was my stupidity, even though I purchased it from them directly. I requested a withdrawal of 700 from this site on Oct. 6, 2006. On the same day I also requested a 100 withdrawal. The 100 was processed but I never got the 700. I sent emails to all the addys listed above and have not received a single reply. In my account log it says that the cashout was declined and then it shows it as resubmitted on Oct. 13th. I wanted to convert my Reliance post paid billing connection to pre paid connection.When contacted personally the R webworld shop at Vashi on 19th July, (Thursday) they informed that it is done only on Wednesday or Sunday. It is a general practice to harass customer if he has come for post to pre paid connection. hi, I gifted Nokia E63 model to my sister on her birtday in jan 2010. Since that, there is problem in phone as it always drops call after 10 secs.. We bought it from Chandigarh. I bought the complete DVD series of Mannix at clickdvdstore via their website. Once I got them I found out that they were shipped from China and that they were no official DVD's but illegal made copies. Don't order the Tufted Chinille bedspread, upon opening the one I bought the smell of it nearly made me faint you would not believe the smell!!! Took it to the laundomat at once, smelling up the car on the way, it cost me $10.00 to wash & dry it and when I put it on the bed I found that one side of the spread was unsewn & the other side had a big wad of fabric all bunched up and sewn down for one horrible looking bump.
