3. Problem:
We have had 2 experiences at Pat O'Brien Chevy. The first seemed wonderful at first. We love the car we purchased and the sales associate was great at the time. The problems did not arise until after we left the lot in our new vehicle. Upon trying to renew the license tags we noticed the dealership never transferred the plates from our trade in to the new vehicle. Mitch Maybin stole 200.00 dollars from me, stating he needed that money
upfront in order to order my car part. He wanted 500.00 upfront, but I am
disabled and living on Social Security and I told him that I did not have that
kind of money on my debt card. So he took 200.00 from me and never came
back with the car part and he just kept my money.
This happened in October 2009. I have been trying to get my money back

I had Comcast as my basic TV Cable Service at my former address in Oak Park, IL. I moved from the property in August 2010 and notified my respective utilities that I was discontinuing service in my name. On 8/27/2010, a Comcast tecnician named Cotney Watts arrived at my new address to install service. But I told Mr. Watts that the property was being rehabbed and that I wouldn't be living there or needing any service until probably October. I took out a loan while i was attending Axia College of University of Phoenix( online) 2010. The loan was for 9500. I was paid 1228. from the loan as funds earned by the student. The other portion of the loan 8285. was sent back to the Direct loans because i withdrew. The Loan funds was then sent to nelnet.com where nelnet claims the funds were canceled and that Axia online college canceled the funds. i booked flights from bankok to kuala lumpur and back through e dreams. i did not fly as i had an accident. i looked for refund of airport tax that was stoped from my credit card. they informed that 30 eueo tax was stoped and that admin fee was 35 euro so i could not have my tax back. this is a scam as i am entitled to tax back if i canceled my flights. could you help me as i have seen a lot of scams from this company in blogs from a lot of people. read full review »

I started using this service to receive calls from my son from Theo Lacy jail on June 3th of this year. Since ATT.NET automatically blocks your phone calls via collect, I opted to use my credit card to receive his calls. Unfortunately, I granted the $ 25.00 dollars on the 30th. Holiday Inn Express (Summerville SC)
I checked in on Friday (late afternoon) with no time to truly scope out the room. To the eye, it looked okay. It wasn't until my family and I got back to the room, went to sleep and woke up before realizing how bad the room was. There was a hole in the wall that they didn't bother to hide or patch up. I'm African American yet there were long strands of blonde and red hair on our bedding (pillows) that leads me to believe the bedding wasn't even changed!! Andrew Glatz ripped me off for $4, 500. I rented his room at the TRUMP Tower for 2 weeks but I had to pre pay in order to lock in a good rate. Andrew told me this was a spacious 2 room suite and my family (wife, me, and 3 year old) would be comfortable for 2 weeks without issue. Its not a 2 room suite but a little hotel room which he knew I didn't want. Andrew lied to me and pursued me to send him $4, 500 by wire transfer in efforts to keep my money. I was forced to spend another $7, 000.00 in order to get the accommodations that where promised. He will not refund my money and has directed me to his lawyer.
