I have an 11 month old english bulldog puppy who has been diagnosed with hip dysplasia the warranty states that he will replace or refund money for the dog. That is a lie! I have had a debit of £13.00 taken of my mastercard credit card. I do not know what this is for and I dont want it to happen again. I did use this service earlier in the year but paid for it, and now they have debited my card again with out permission and not at my request. October 8th my husband and I and old friends boarded a Viking Ship, the Mirabelle, in Lyon France. WE took this ship because 2 of the 4 of us are handicapped and needed an elevator. This woman is not taking care of the puppies she sells. They are sickly and neglected and raised in complete and utter filth. I purchased my baby dog from her because I fell in love with him on site and could not bear to leave him in her care. He was very sick when I brought him home. I took him directly to the vet.
