I purchased a set of tires from this dealship and they scratched two of my rims. I pointed out to the ower MS Crawford the problem and she suggested that maybe a grocery cart damaged the rims. She initially said she had purchased a machine made of plastic two months ago, and then corrected her statement to say she purchased the tire changing machine six months ago for this very reason. I purchased a brand new Maytag front loader washer in July 2010. In October the machine broke and the part has a backorder or 164 for Canada alone and is not expected until mid December. Sears has a policy of replacing their appliances if the repair is not done in 30 days. I have spent 1 week, 1 hour every morning, getting the same answer. I signed up with this company to check a phone number. I already knew the location was in Montreal and wanted to to confirm the name of the cell phone owner. The address of the owner was also supposed to be provided and the names of other household members. I was charged 15.95 and the result of the check were invalid. They say the owner's name is Peggy Montreal, how convenient since the phone is in Montreal. They included an alternate phone number, which I called. I needed eye surgery done with Bochner Eye Institute and Bochner offered me that if I go with the Medicard finance program they would let me pay the total amount cost within 12 month period without any interest added to it. The financial associate from Medicard assured me that they will take out equal amounts within the 12 month period after the surgery is done and that it will all be paid off.
