Inactivated
I had taken new SIM in Chennai on april 14th, 2011 by giving my Passport zerox as address proof(Karnataka Address). After one month Airtel customer care people called me for the address verification 5 times. Then I gave my Passport address(karnataka address) and local address(chennai address) both. After 1 week they disconnected my incoming n outgoing, whenever I called to anybody it was going to the customer care for address verification. Then also 3 times I told my address, after 2 days they rectified it. Then now afetr 10 days without informing me they inactivated my SIM.!! Now I cant do any calls so I called Cusstomer care, they are telling that my SIM s recycled, we cant do anything, very sorry for that, please purchase new SIM. I was having Rs.325 currency in that, what about that.!!. Then I went to Airtel Shop in Porur(Chennai), their also not responding properly. I am really fed off because of this Aritel.

Airtel Bills not received
I have Airtel postpaid No +919880713402. I have subscribed for the bill by post. Since lats 2 months, the bill is never delivered and when ever I contact the service centre I am always told that the bill is recived by neighbour or will be delivered within 10 working days Or they say the courier company will call you OR the bill has been send BUT THE BILL IS NEVER DELIVERED OR SEND. I am amazed that Airtel gives least value to Customer Care

Incoming and outgoing barred
Respected Sir,
I am Eldhose paul. I am using a Airtel number 9633425484. All the incoming calls and outgoing calls are barred on this number. One time i callede the customer care. They told it would be solved soon. It was not solved. So again I called the customer care, but they are deliberately not responding to the call.
I was using a vodafone prepaid connection. Yesterday only i had ported to airtel. But now i feel it was a mistake. There may be some network problems, but they could have attend my call to customer care and tell the truth. Not attending the call of a customer is not fair.
I request you to provide me the solution as soon as possible.

New Sim with old number
Sir, I have misplaced my mobile sim card. Please advise me the procedure to apply for a new sim card with the old number, as it has been given to most of friends and financial dealings.

Poor Services
I am airtel customer since 2008 and had very great experience with the services, due to which i took 3 more nos. But now have started regretting for the same as my complaints are going to deaf ears of the customer care department of AIRTEL at ALLAHABAD-UP. I have been complaining about not getting proper network in the area where i reside since March 2011. Everytime i call i get new complaint number bt my problem is unresolved. This is leading to total dissatisfaction. The last complant no. is F877379123.

network complaint
we have app 25 airtel postpaid connections at infomation collection centre, Dhabi gujran Near Khanouri Teh Patran Distt Patiala, in the name of excise and sales tax deptt. (self paid) for the last 1year. earlier its network was very much fine there but due to unknown reasons its network is not there.
We are attached with airtel for the last 9 years. but did not get any complaint which we are facing now. Kindly intervene and do the needful as early as possible.

mobile t.v
I had subscribed for airtel mobile T.V and Rs.40 was deducted from my account for that service(which is valid for one week).Today is the third day and I am still unable to view the T.V .I contacted the customer service helpline(125) and the officials at the airtel office but no body is able to help me or refund the money to me.
