SIr, Actually.i was facing severe problem regarding the services of my airtel sim...Regarding the porting code and i'am not able to call to the complaints section from my airtel mobile .

to disconnect the landline phone
hi
my landline no. is 01814628542. The company said to the speed of internet is 2mbps but its very slow.In Rs. 649 plan the data is only 5gb. I don't want to contnue with this connection, pls disconnect my connection.

i hve been receiving messages from ad-54321 about t-20 alerts which i hve not subscribed for and my balanced is being deducted every day it is annoying... i tried calling the customer care but it was not much of an help... i kindly request u to deactivate this service on my mobile phone... my no 9945612608

No recharge
Dear sir, I had recharged my airtel mobile of Rs. 100.00 on 11.4.2011 through net banking through Axis Bank. But there was no recharge yet. My no. is 9996152386. There was no contact with customer care also. Please help.

we were having 6 months planed and without informing the plan was changed into monthly plan . And even we got the wrong bill. we are not getting proper services even after complaining . AND YOUR INSTRUMENT WAS ALSO making lot of problem AND U DINT change even after so many complains.

deduction of money of Rs 50
hai myself sanjay. I am from VIZAG. my mobile no is 9963843846. on 02/04/2011. i made a easy rechage of rs 125, after getting my balance, I got a message saying cricket pack has been activated in your account and Rs 50 has been deducted from your account for the same. then at the same time i called to customer care then they deactivated that cricket pack and assured me that your money will be refunded in 01 hour. After 01 hour my money has not been refunded but they deactivated my customer care services till now i am not being able to make any contact with your representative, on 06/04/2011 by using another handset i called customer care and asked for a senior representative to solve my problem but till now my money has not been refunded,

activation of astrological sms
i have two prepaid conection of airtel in patna, on 21st of april 2011 they (airtel) automaticly started a astrological services sms for my mobile and deducted rs. 40 from one mobile and rs.20 from other one. and when i contacted the custmercare they simply sayed that they can not return the amount, but i had never in the first place subscribed for any of those plans. please help.

Mobile coverage
I am prepost customer of airtel. I am residing at H.N. 1003, Sector 5, Kurukshetra, my mobile no is 09729760004. I am facing a serious problem regarding Network at my above said address and airtel is not listening to my problem. Moreover, they are charging for call on customer care.
